Just be cautious as the nearer your room is to the front the more noise you will hear, but if this doesn’t bother you it’s the perfect hotel.

Can get a bit noisy in the night. It's coz of the loud noise on the street. But you mostly end up staying out late. So,not a big deal. Few suggestions: 1) Would be nice to have a drying rack in the balcony/terrace to put out the towels or swimwear to dry. 2) It would really help if the receptionists could converse in English. Few things,we could try communicating with broken english & signs. But we had other questions & they couldn't understand us or answer us properly.

Room was clean. Hotel is located at a convenient place. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and spas on the same road. Getting from/to the airport is so easy. The bus stop (Take bus S1- 60Baht) is very near, at a walkable distance. Staff was very polite & always smiling specially the housekeeping.

Love the pool and gym. Got water bottles every day that’s nice. Service was great. Bathroom was clean, bed was comfortable, tv is a nice extra. There is a McDonald’s and an 7/11 in front of the hotel (very dangerous for the late night munchies 😂)

Everything was good

Design of rooms and pool outdoor on the roof makes it great to reset after a long day or flight . There is a gym and many restaurant nearby. It’s not super loud even though it’s on a party street

I did not like being harassed outside the hotel by hustlers trying to get you to spend your money. Also the bed was old and wooden and it creaked too much when o made love.

At the pool, no outside food or drinks are allowed and this is strictly enforced. When we checked out the last day and didn’t have a room with refrigerator anymore, and after having consumed at the pool bar for 5 days, I was called out for taking a sip from my 7eleven-coke at the pool. Even though we had also ordered from the bar. I found this a bit exaggerated.

The location is right on Khao San Road, there is everything you could wish for in absolute close distance. There is a nice pool with pool towels and a bar, and a good gym. The rooms are spacious and the bed is comfortable. You get two free bottles of water every day. The staff at the reception is really nice. Since it is in the middle of everything, there is noise from the party downstairs until 4am. The windows don’t really hold back much on that noise. But you know this when you book a place on KSR.

The street noise is constant during the weekend The gym is not open for an early workout Must mention a taxi driver we had the displeasure of driving with one night. If you have seen the movie Baby Driver, well, I'm sure we rode with his father it was hang on for dear life.

On Khaosan Road, staff very friendly, we arrived on Friday night, and Khaosan Road was in full swing. If you want to sleep, this is not the place for you

I liked this place, wasn’t too expensive and the location if you love meeting people and music the street scene was awesome. Only downfall is the music can still be loud until 5-6 am depending on where your room is located.

Although it's probably hard to control anyway because of the location, but the noise was a negative. It's obvious there would be noise coming from the outside, it's khaosan afterall, but we could also hear the couple from the next room and it was kind of embarrassing. Apart from that awkward bit there are no complaints whatsoever!

Loved everything! The bathrooms were clean, the beds were cozy, cute little balcony to smoke in, very pretty old-timey interiors, overall a wonderful experience. The location is ofcourse perfect because it's right in Khaosan and close to most of the places in our itinerary.

the loud noise from the street during the night. we had to ask to change rooms because it was too loud (the music from the clubs). the staff promptly helped us and put us in a quieter room. You still could here it but it was much better. the thing is that our first room was likely not the worst, so be aware that depending on how full the hotel is, you cannot change it.

the pool was super nice and very clean. The gym was also well equipped. The staff was very helpful and kind, and the location was central. The bed was super comfortable.as well. The place was loud during the night but extremely peaceful during the day because there are almost no cars passing in front of the street.
