Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomLocated at the back, the room was free from road noise, though the constant hum of AC units meant earplugs were needed. The shower head bracket was loose, but that was soon fixed by tightening the screw with the back of a teaspoon. On the last day, there was a strong odour coming from the shower waste drain ( other reviews mentioned this ). Covered with a towel overnight and all was good by the morning.
A very good stay overall. Entry was slightly confusing due to the turnstile system, but check-in was smooth. There’s a 1000 baht cash deposit, though no clear explanation was offered. The room was large, clean, and comfortable, with daily housekeeping and the option of fresh towels and bedding on request—a thoughtful touch for the environment. The rooftop pool was a great - I had it to myself most evenings; the lack of shade made it too hot to linger long during the day.

MaldivesWhat I didn’t quite enjoy was the distance from the city centre, which made getting around a bit of a hassle. The in-house restaurant, managed separately, closes quite early at night, and most nearby food courts and eateries in the malls also shut down sooner than expected. This often meant having to order food in and wait longer, especially after a late return to the hotel.
A comfortable and convenient stay with supportive staff, readily available amenities including vending machines stocked with drinks, fresh fruits and juices, and 24-hour laundry service; slightly away from the city centre but close to several malls for easy access to shopping and dining.

AustraliaThe Junior Suite that I stayed in, Room 821 had a noisy air conditioner. Noise disturbed my sleep as it was quiet unbearable. However, as I stayed only 1 night, decided to let it go.
Location was good. Right opposite Seacon Square Mall. 7-11 within walking distance.

United Kingdom-You have to leave your passport or 1000 baht as a deposit. -You can hear people in the hall out side the room. -I wasn't able to find a towel for the pool. -The TV was not a smart TV, just local channels. -No pull up bar in the gym. It's worth a visit, it's a nice place for couples.
-Good size, modern room. -Decent gym, but it needs a pull-up bar :) -Nice pool -The restaurant downstairs charges local rates, very usable. -10 minutes walk from Seacon Mall. In this building, floors 1 to 5 are for residents and floors 7 to 8 are for hotel guests.

United StatesDeluxe Twin Room LOCATION +Located at the end of a dead end street in a non-touristy part of town. The center is more than an hour away by public transit. Five minutes to the MRT. A few restaurants and shops around, including two malls within 15 minutes on foot. Fifteen minutes on foot to the Train Night Market. ROOM +Big, clean, comfortable. Wardrobe to unpack a bit -The balcony is kind of useless. Blows hot air on you. No seat. BATHROOM +Big and clean. Hot water. Towel and hand towel provided. -Not enough shelves. STAFF/LOBBY +Front desk was friendly on check-in KITCHEN/MEALS +Breakfast consists of six set meals and a buffet. The meals are a choice of eggs, or pancakes with sausage and a salad along with coffee or tea. The buffet is toast, more salad and a bit of fruit. -No real vegetarian options. You can just order the regular breakfast without the meat. But you don't get anything added to replace the meat. So, if you're vegetarian, you get less. +Two 500 ML bottled waters provided every day NOISE -despite being off the main road, my room still faces the road and there's plenty of traffic noise. Might try to request the other side if you're a light sleeper. WIFI -doesn't work well on the rooftop. It's mostly fine everywhere else. OTHER +Small gym with a few treadmills, bikes and ellipticals. Then some free weights and a bench +Nice rooftop pool though not really for laps. Also nice area to sit and relax. +Onsite laundry machines (30 baht to wash. 30 baht to dry). -No way to get coins for the machines as the coin dispenser is broken.

United KingdomThe pool area needed some background music, it felt very tense there as there was no noise, and you didn’t want to upset people by making noise. Background music and more loungers would make a huge difference

SingaporeNot my first stay here - returned because I like it. Facilities are good, and it's not so far from Rama IX park. And Seacon Square, if art is something that interests you. An observation: It seemed a lot busier at the hotel this time - not sure if just seasonal traffic, or of tourists are more commonly venturing further from the city centre.
