I think the rooms need updating. When high winds the glass doors in the room at the balcony rattled all night. Need new design. Quite a few Indian people staying and I think they left there manners back home in India. Doors banging late at night and talking quite loudly with no respect for other guests sleeping at night. Even at breakfast time using mobiles and talking very loudly. Even heard some complaining there was no Indian food left 🙄 Apart from these people I'd come back for sure .

Great location. Staff were amazing. Beautiful sun sets. Food and service good . Thailand is exceptional for service.

Rooms were being renovated on the same floor and floor above. Noise was a bit of an issue also they left the doors open at night of the rooms being renovated which was a little disturbing. No real beach access and general location wasn't many restaurants close by.

Room was good size and view was exactly like I expected. The hotel itself was older but very nicely set up. Beautiful entrance and lobby area.

Room Quiet old style even clean but not look that clean. Oh erratic, charging Telephone convenient for working support support, breakfast nice but it will be more fresh and my choice or like morning market breakfast style will be something cool or different.

Staff nice. Swimming, location nice. Property had great view and nice café restaurant. Great location parking big enough more space.

Had a nice stay as the view is breathtaking, but many things untidy or run down. Wouldn't take much to fix and would be better use of ample staff standing around. Never saw anyone doing normal maintaining of property. Just painting and renovating.Beds are lovely and big but hard ...and the safe wasn't fastened down. Maybe giving free access to sanctuary of truth...would be a draw card for guests, and other hotels do free icecream for kids ....being it is far from town and older.

Swim out room big and relaxing. Breakfast was good. View was amazing. Bathroom clean. Any requests were met with a smile. Peaceful environment away from city. Taxis easy to get. Safe and secure hotel. Bar at Pool always staffed.

I thought my room was really good value. I wouldn’t however book a room that faced the pool.

I stayed mainly to get some sea easily from Bangkok for a couple of days. The Premium Deluxe room has amazing views all across Pattaya Bay with floor to ceiling windows, and so beautiful and relaxing. My room had a full view of Sanctuary of Truth also. At night there are squid fishermen in the bay who use green light. It was also very quiet as not facing the pool. I couldn’t find a hotel with better sea views this close to Bangkok. I didn’t use the facilities much but the breakfast was fine if unexciting. It caters mainly to Chinese tourists.

I booked a sea view room and on arrival I was advised by the reception staff that sea-view is ment to be 45 degrees only!! the music round the pool is very much in the hand of a DJ who does not necessarily take into account that guests may enjoy also some quiet moments.

everything just ok. hotel now start looking old and tired and in need of a spruce up and some renovations.

the walkway down to our room was dated and looked worn out, on booking in was never told where the breakfast room was if we wanted to eat, even though the hotel reception was not busy no upsell was offered by reception staff. we was not even told about building works being carried out, at bit disappointing, the bath tub drain was not working so we never used this option.

the room with pool access was very good, views out to sea superb.

Tiles were very slippery around the pool and I slipped twice. It was very far from Pattaya beach. Too many children.

We had the pool access room with a tiled seat in the pool. The staff were lovely, the view was great, the building was beautiful. Stunning sunsets. The private beach was nice with access to ocean swimming. Close to the Sanctuary of Truth.

Only issue was we had a pool access room but no stairs to get in and out of the pool itself, it made it difficult to actually use the pool as you couldn’t easily get in or out of it. Other than that, it was a lovely hotel with great staff.

Facilities were good, the breakfast and evening restaurant were good, the staff were so helpful , nothing at all was beyond their help. Thank you Garden cliff

I have been at this hotel 14 years ago and was fantastic, however you can't see any signs of 5 stars hotel in it, so frustrating, not clean at all, bathroom smells like a sh*t, breakfast has no that much variety of items only Ho is the best one at the hotel and helping so much and thanks for him

No easy access to a good beach

Not so much not to like..could do with a bit of paint here and there..but overall its a little gem.

Nice Location, not too far from anything..you need to take a hike or taxi for downtown Pattaya..if thats your thing.., Nice swimming pools, small beach, volleyball area. Breakfast is very good..for all tastes. Very relaxed atmosphere, food is not too pricy if you eat in..comfortable large rooms and beds..Shower and a Bath!! It's clean and for the price a bargin..would I stay again..yes!
