Amazing location just a quick walk to Central shopping mall — couldn’t be more convenient! The room was spacious, and the hotel has great facilities like a gym, pool, laundry, and bar. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again!

Fab hotel, lovely sky view pool and bar! Opposite a shopping centre which had everything available from shopping to restaurants to cinema cafes etc. We loved staying here, the staff were so helpful.

Lovely hotel, good facilities. The gym was just what i needed, i even got my wife in there. Pool and surrounding area was nice. Not the best located unless you are in Rayong just to visit the shopping mall. But good value for money. Rooms were quirky, with washing sink in main area and not the toilet. Good storage and fridge etc

Located right next to central rayong. The room was not well sound proof. Good size beds. Water heat at the shower became streaming hot and cold occasionally. Breakfast cost was unreasonable, so we didn't take breakfast there. Nice rooftop bar.

Because a four-lane highway runs through the hotel, the rooms can be a bit noisy. The two elevators are a bit small.

The most attentive, friendliest and most helpful hotel staff I have ever met on my travels around the world. No matter what we needed, the hotel staff anticipated our wishes. Even when we needed help with a doctor or dentist visit, they proactively approached us and helped with everything. A warm thank you to all the hotel employees especially for the human recourses manager Jack. The rooms are equipped with new and modern furniture of good quality. Very good breakfast buffet. Nice roof top bar on the 25th floor to enjoy the sunset with happy hour drinks. Small but nice roof top pool on the 25th floor. Gym with new equipments on the 24th floor. Washing machine on the 24th floor. Cute outside area on the ground floor.

Thin walls, can hear people staying in room next to mine so it could be noisy sometimes. Staff seemed overwhelmed, we didn’t have a proper explanation of our benefits and of the facilities during check in. Our first impression was stressful and we had to find out about the facilities by ourselves during our stay. Should hire more staff to fulfill guests needs. Staff at rooftop didn’t seem to care about furnitures while moving chairs and tables, its new but should make sure to maintain in good condition.

It’s new and every thing you need is there. Very convenient.

The only thing that I’d like to suggest and not sure does anyone have the same problem is that its boiling system. The water is not hot enough for you if you’d like to take a shower with hot water

Prices in the sky bar seem high. Also would be nice to have a bell boy as opposed to having to get your own bags to the room. Other than that we were very happy with our stay!

Staff were great. Hotel very clean. Staff spoke English. Breakfast had a good choise for both Thai and tourist. All the items on the buffet were cooked perfect. My wife, children and I stayed for 4 nights. My wife wanted to be close to complex, big c and macro, as she was stocking up for the trip home. The location suited us but is a taxi ride away from the town.
