Staff, staff and staff! Check in was incredible this time! Valet service and security, as long with the staff, was absolutely incredible. The food and beverage restaurant was incredible, as well as food service and even the landscapers! Food was INCREDIBLE, too!

United KingdomThe hallways and stairs were very dirty and stained and needed cleaning. The Amber Kitchen restaurant was a massive disappointment with poor food.
The staff are always wonderful and make you feel like royalty especially housekeeping, the bell boys and the adult pool staff. A big thank you to Milk and Aon.

ThailandBe careful when booking that you’ve got the right sleeping arrangements if booking for families. We didn’t have enough beds for ours but after discussion they managed to sort out a different room / bed config that helped make our stay comfortable.
Great location on the beach and the pool is great for families.

ThailandI didn’t like the check in. There was a problem with the key card and it delayed us. We got in by staffs but got in and out by ourselves was inconvenient. The problem didn’t fully resolved until late in the evening. The hotel did not send any letter or note to address the issue or offered apologies
I like the green garden and the nature around the hotel. The pools are great. The room gives maximum comfort with big comfortable bed.

ThailandThe check-in and check-out process was still excessively long. We arrived at the exact time check-in was supposed to start, and our room was not ready at all. We had to wait for 2 hours with a young child, which is quite unacceptable. At the bar, while waiting, the tables and cushions were covered in pigeon droppings, but they still seated us anyway. No one comes to tell you that the room is ready; you have to ask every 10 minutes or so. At breakfast, when you arrive, they make you wait, and for some obscure reason, everyone who arrives after you is seated before you. At the pool slide, many teenagers are using dangerous accessories and injuring the little ones. You have to complain before someone intervenes for safety, which is also not great.
Very nice hotel, neat, comfortable, and with all the facilities for a perfect family weekend. The beach access is really pleasant, and the pools are great. The breakfast is generous, and the various restaurants are very good. Let's not forget the staff, who are still friendly.

Hong KongThe location is more towards the tourist side of Hua Hin which is a tad annoying as night market and the area around the Hilton are not our cup of tea however - the south of Hua Hin with better restaurants and more quiet bars is just a tuk tuk away. Drinks are a tad overpriced but it’s part of the deal when staying there.
The whole property is just amazing - during the quiet hours of the day in particular. Tranquil and beautiful. The rooms are not particularly „Thai styled“ (as some instagram people might expect in thailand) but they are spacious, modern, organised and of very high quality. The breakfast in particular is brilliant. The food overall is very good. The staff is absolutely outstanding, one of the best I have experienced. The resort is kids friendly - I am personally not a great fan of them so this worried me/us however, there is a great and natural separation so it’s not annoying and or particularly noisy and reading on the balcony was always possible without any issues. It was that good that we booked again for Christmas this year!
