A great bargain amd excellent location. Opposite a 7eleven, 2 mins walk to R.k garden food court and bar.with dozens of great food stalls. 5 minute walk to BTS OnNut. Big rooms and decent security. It's old and dated but clean and amazing value for money.

I did not like that there was no place on property nor close by for breakfast, There was no stove or cooking facilities so that was a bot of an issue for us. They did not have breakfast options at the 7/11 across the street either.

I loved the room and the location. There is a 7/11 right across the street, but I was sad that there was no restaurant on the property. The property is very quiet, and we like that. I liked the fact that there was a shuttle to take you up to the BTS.

Great location opposite 7 eleven and train station! Offer free tuk tuk to station but only 5 min walk for those who want! Fresh towels, water and facilities daily, tv was in English so bonus for us!

No real issues .... It's not modern and maybe needs some tlc in places but its good value. As I have highlighted before, the road to the BTS is busy and narrow. .... especially watch out for the motorbike taxis at the end of the road!

It's clean, with functional and large rooms. Basic gym and close to the BTS, food options and two supermarkets. There are also pay washing machines, a water machine and ok restaurant. Staff are mostly very friendly. This was my third stay. There is a free shuttle between 8 am and 5 pm.

I like the location directly opposite a 7/11 and free transport to the BTS station and shopping mall or only a short walk if you need the exercise. Highly recommend this property.

Walk to the train station is very stressful, no sideways, many cars and motorbikes, about 7 minutes walk.

Affordable place with neat and clean rooms. Everything is exactly like they are in the pictures. Staff are friendly, they helped me check in at 9am when I first arrived since my flight arrived super early. Air conditioner, refrigerator, microwave they all work properly. I was able to cook and refrigerate everything I bought from the 7/11 that's right in front of the mansion. It's allowed to smoke in the balcony, which has been amazing for a smoker like me. Staff left 1 litre of water at my door each day. Only downside is that I'd say the location is not the best but it's super close to On Nut BTS station anyways so it's convenient.

For Bangkok it was a quiet location, big room, serviced by helpful staff, very convenient to food, transport, shopping, and great having in-house restaurant with nice Thai/Chinese style food at a good price. Also, easy to get to BKK. Stayed twice already and will do so again.

You pay for what you get but it's a big clean basic room with a microwave and fridge plus crockery. It's a wet bathroom. There is a basic gym as well. Staff are friendly. Note that payment is cash or you pay 3% extra. Only negative, and it's not the hotels fault, is the crazy motorbike taxi stop at the top of the road which you need to negotiate to get to the BTS. Will stay again.

Clean room with strong air con, water heater pressure ok. Furniture wood type a bit old style. I like the service which provides free transport to BTS.Ground floor got laundry service also. The pillow is so flat that I don't like.

The hotel is a gem "I love this place" the staff are professional, room larger than usual for BKK standards, beds are firm but comfortable and my favourite part it's quiet. Facilities for a 3 star are ideal for me with a laundry on premise and a small functional gym. There are lots of coffee shops, a street market and 2 shopping malls all within 800m. The On Nut BTS metro station is approx 500m away with access to the city centre and all attractions. Pricing was heavily discounted for off season and imagine a 4 fold increase for the coming peak season.
