Beautiful position but reliant on owner for transport to all facilities. Clean but basic room with comfortable beds and extremely quiet. Very friendly and helpful owners.

Saudi ArabiaMy only concern is that there 's no cellphone signal or wifi there. Facilities are poor as well so I was expecting to get more taking into consideration the money I paid.
The bungalow is located in a jungle where you enjoy isolation. The owner was so nice that he picked us up and dropped us off anytime we wanted. He also set up trips for us.

NetherlandsThe facilities were poor, because there wasn’t really a main area for breakfast or so. There is no wifi and my 4G was poor (if that would be any concern) it was far away from main street and almost impossible to get there without having the owner bring you there. My daughters loved the ride though! The owner was very helpful to give you rides back and forward.
It was a nice and spacious place in the jungle, yet very basic. Airconditioning in the room and direct acces to the bathroom, which had a roof but wasn’t really isolated so there were some snails and salamanders. We came in the evening when it was dark outside, so getting up in daylight in the morning was an amazing experience. Even though we had lots and lots of rain.

United KingdomMore hooks in bathroom would be useful but that’s not crucial. Pool unusable (green water) but we did so many water activities we didn’t want to swim.
Such a lovely couple especially the husband. Was eager to please. Took us anywhere we wanted to go at any time. Gave us free (simple) breakfasts when timing was tight. Jungle noises and view well worth the isolation. Rooms great. Air con fab. Clean.

United States of AmericaProperty is miles from anything and way too far to get anywhere unless you are able to hitch a ride from the owner. And there was nothing on site to do - no restaurant, no working pool, and the rooms are as basic and uncomfortable and dim so you definitely don’t want to spend time there. There were also mosquitos in my room all night. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Pool was a stagnant cesspool of algae. At $48/night, room was unbelievably overpriced and the only reason I booked this accommodation was because nothing else was available. Breakfast was three pieces of white bread. Owner’s wife was incredibly rude and unpleasant and mostly uncommunicative by email or WhatsApp. Honestly the absolute worst stay I’ve had in 6 weeks traveling in SE Asia - and I’ve stayed in many places a quarter the price - and probably the worst stay I’ve ever had when factoring in location, comfort, service, hospitality, and value. And the difference between here and River Lodge where I stayed in the following night - which was the same price and very comfortable, clean, central, and beautifully landscaped and had a working pool - could not have been more drastic. Like comparing a 5 star resort with a rundown hostel. 0/5 stars. Stay away!!!
The overnight tour I booked to Khao Sok was great. The owner - not the wife - was also nice. Everything else, including the owner’s wife, was terrible.

I never stayed at the bungalow, when the owner came to pick me up he discouraged me to stay at his place because it’s not confortabile and very difficult to reach as the road is very dangerous. Unfortunately the booking was pre-paid, however he assured me that if I would have contacted Booking.com explaining the situation he would have reimbursed me, but he didn’t. I’m still chasing him trying to get my money back ( it’s not a cheap place) , however he never responds. Orribile behaviour, making money out of people this way!!! Absolutely a scam!

Room adequate. Food was provided for extra cash. Having paid THB1200 I felt thoroughly swindled here. I definitely do not recommend.

United KingdomThis was horrendously mis-priced. In peak season I paid thb1200 per night for three nights, thinking I would get resort type facilities. The swimming pool was filled with discoloured water, there were no seats outside to enjoy the view. Well no comfortable recliners just a couple of hard chairs, encrusted with bird effluence. Everything was run down and tired. I had to pay extra for meals. I could accept this if the price had been thb500 in line with similar in the town, but for what I paid I feel cheated. I get that it's been hard for business owners but I don't see why I should pay through the nose. The rooms were adequate only. While the food was good, the menu had to be ignored as he had very little in stock. No other eating options as this is out of town.
I liked the location, it was what I wanted, away from the main strip. The owner collected me and drive the c. 3km to the bungalows.

we loved the location, 3km out of the village so you really feel like you’re staying in the jungle. We were the only guests due to covid making things quiet but the hosts were very accommodating, offering lifts to the village, keeping the pool open for us and over all just super friendly. room was basic but had everything you needed. warm shower, comfy bed and stunning view.
