I suspect their system was hacked as my stay details were used as scam messages forwarded back to me via booking.com system and directly using whatsApp. The messages were so real as they contain all my booking details to request to click a suspicious link to reconfirm my booking.

We came as a group of 4, but only 2 room cards were issued. We should have been given at least 3. In the family room, the air conditioning outlet was positioned directly over the bed, which made one of us feel very cold at night. There was only 1 lift serving all floors, shared by both guests and staff. Most of the sockets in the room are Thai-style, so a travel adapter is needed.

The location of the hotel was good. The staff—from the car park attendant and front desk to room service—were nice and helpful. The room was clean

What i love about this hotel is they provide bidet in their room toilet. Not so many hotel in Bangkok provide bidet . And the most is the location , just 20 steps to National Stadium Station that can easily access to any place. Also staff is very helpful and friendly . I am very sure that i will come back to stay in this hotel next time.

Since our room is close to the BTS station and the main road, it's quite noisy. The sound of trains and cars will wake you up early in the morning—no need to set an alarm~ :D

Location is excellent, just a minute walk to BTS and close to shopping malls. Staff are very nice and helpful. Room is tidy and clean.

The hotel is centrally located, just a short walk from the MRT station and several shopping malls, which made getting around very convenient. While the prime location means there can be some noise, it wasn't a major issue for us. The room was a bit small, but since we spent most of our time out exploring, it suited our needs just fine. The front desk staff and the security personnel by the elevator were all very friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff, location is very convenient just next to national stadium, however note to exit from MBK if you do not want to go down a long flight of stairs lugging your luggage, at the MBK side there is a lift down. Free drinks at the lobby, good wifi, comfy beds

Road noise on the side of the hotel we were staying on was quite loud. It wasn’t as bad on the other side of the hotel where the rest of party were.

Information about key deposit should be clear that the hotel can't accept transferred money via mobile application, and accept only (real) cash and/or credit card. Besides, information about bomb bath (pay, not free, and cost) should be clearly mentioned on the label or bag.

Strategic location! Doorstep to BTS National stadium (1 station to Siam station), 7min walking distance to the famous Churalong korn food street. I like the refreshments drinks prepared by hotel at lobby!!

Location is definitely a plus point if you love shopping at Siam areas and MBK. Would like to make special thank to trainee staff Anny. She will greet us with a smiley face each time we meet her at the lobby. We enjoyed our stay and would consider to go back Hopefully by then the aircon vent (on top of the bed near window) in the room can be adjusted so that cold air is not blowing directly on faces when sleeping on the bed.

Our hotel room was facing next to the main road, and the constant traffic honking and motorbikes, Tuk tuk lasts through the night. Plus point is Hotel do provide earplugs for light sleepers. The bathroom shower head is tilted too high and splashes on our towels. You have to use your hand to hold on to the shower head to bath. There's no shower curtain to block off the tub area as the glass screen is too small. My mother and daughter had to squat in the bathtub to bath to prevent the bathroom floor from ponding. Toilet roll holder is situated in an inconvenient place, which is behind the extreme left corner of the toilet bowl.

Pleasant hotel that is situated just next to National Stadium BTS. MBK is within walking distance, about 10 minutes away. Walking distance about 15 to 18 minutes to Siam Paragon, too. Decent breakfast with a good selection of choices that include herbal tea, salad, seasonal fruit, and a hot drink for 240baht. Staff are pleasant and speak English. You can request assistance for restaurant reservations or taxi bookings. There's a calming fragrance every time you walk into the lobby, which is great. You can help yourself to a refreshment drink in the lobby, which changes every day. Perfect after returning from walking in the hot weather.

The room was not soundproof.Noise ofTuk Tuk racing is irritating at night.Specially if your room is on the main street .However it is tolerable. I was issued a notice for a fine of Rs 2500 Baht.I went down to check and saw a mark on the duvet 10mm by 2mm. After negotiations the management agreed to reduce the fine to special laundry wash of 500Baht. I feel this could have been avoided.

Although the hotel is small as well as the rooms,but it is clean, comfortable with all facilities provided. Location is excellent near MBK center and near the metro station. It is suitable for few days stay.

Loved the location, near to skytrain, there was 7E is nearby, the staff greets us everytime which make us felt welcomed. 🫶🏼
