The beds were very uncomfortable, rock hard!! You also have to tell them at reception if you want your room cleaned that day. I asked one day for it to be cleaned and when I returned at 5:30pm (after asking at 8am) it wasn't cleaned and no one came to clean it. I rang reception and asked for someone to come and take the rubbish and bring clean towels. They did that for us but I was annoyed that the room had not been cleaned.

This is definitely a budget hotel, the room was fine, and the bathroom was good and clean. We didn't have any food at the hotel. The staff were friendly. We stayed at this location as it was close to The Mall Bang Kapi, my daughter was in a dance competition that was being held at the mall so the team and families needed somewhere close by. There is restaurants and 7/11 in walking distance from the hotel so no need to eat at the hotel.

First of all, there is a mosque nearby, so the muezzin calls for a prayer very loudly. Secondly, there is no hair dryer in the room. Thirdly, there is no hot water in the faucet and the overall bathroom cleaning is not very good.

The hotel is pretty good for the money, we definitely enjoyed our stay, the bed was big, comfortable and clean. The room had enough space, and we didn’t hear any neighbours. The water pressure and temperature in the shower was okay too.

There were some maintenance issues. Water faucets loose, broken toilet roll holders etc. Cleanliness could be improved.

moist on the walls but I think it's normal due the general weather in BKK. the metro station isn't near but there is a boat service if you tolerance the smel from the water.

The location was perfect for me as requesting taxis was easy and accessible, room was okay and meet the price. for me as a muslim I found it perfect as there is a masjid nearby, staffs were friendly and helpful.

The door to the balcony was locked...I asked why it was locked..I was told because it was policy...when I booked the room, I booked a room with a balcony...but when I pay for the room, I am told the door is locked to the balcony.

The water in the shower had a very bad small of lime or something similar. It wasn’t a nice smell every time you needed a shower. The khlong outside of my room also stunk of stagnant water.

Had some issues with the air conditioning unit. I have also never had a stay at a hotel where the staff didn’t ask if we wanted to have our room cleaned. We had to ask ourselves. It was already dirty when we got there. The bed was horrible, already broken. I expected a double bed but got two single beds put together that kept sliding away from the other. Not a very luxurious experience for a “Suite”.

Morning buffet breakfast is not much variety. There's no vending machine.

The location is quiet, good for me. Overall design of the building is modern and up to date international building requirements. Operation staff speak good English and are friendly.
