Even though situated very close to a main road the “alley” it’s on is not well lit at night.

You need subbed or just more nice chairs around the pool for relaxing.

Gorgeous little spa hotel with modern and spacious rooms. Lovely pool. Hotel have their own taxi service which you can book. I ate in the restaurant too for dinner and it was lovely. Great place to stay for easy access to airport and islands. Good that Tesco Lotus and a 7-11 are also nearby.

There weren't a lot of day outings available as it was approaching low season, but we did some research to find activities including a longtail boat ride through the mangroves, and the hotel arranged all the transportation which was super helpful and fairly priced.

The nicest hotel we stayed at on our Thailand trip. Exceptionally comfortable, both traditional and modern with beautiful gardens.

10 minute taxi ride from the airport so an excellent stopover. A beautifully clean and modern hotel , very comfortable and quiet nights sleep. There is also the benefit of a restaurant on site .

A little far from town but lots of grab and tuk tusk

Lovely relaxing hotel. Room was beautiful so clean with comfortable beds brilliant daily cleaning service. Pool clean and warm great after a day exploring. Many extras in room robes, slippers, tea, coffee, pool towels hairdryer

Great place! The whole hotel and gardens are made in a stunning way, every plant looks beautiful, they did a great job. Room was clean and with free water and fruits. Massage there was also good. Pool is nice.

Wish there had been balcony furniture like a table and chairs. The balcony door was hard to open from outsode. Shower drained slow

A bit far from the city center.

Perfect place for stop over especially if you are travelling by road. Beautiful garden, and SPA services also available. Break fast was a huge portion, which is not include in room package and we were struggling to finish it and it was delicious.

Nothing. Not all the staff could speak englisch but were very helpful and it was not a Problem. I just missed a night light or lamp to read during the night.

Very nice family hotel in the city. You don't have the feeling you are in the city and quite close to the city center, 5 mint with taxi. Nice little pool perfect great for kids and is all made with good Taste. Nice breakfast and great spa location where I had a good massage.

At check out the lady at reception insisted we pay for a soft drink that we hadn't actually had. I tried Google translate to explain but she was really insistent and implied we were lying. We paid - it was only 15 baht, which almost makes the situation even more annoying. Unprofessional, rude and very 'un Thai'. Until then we'd been planning to return for a few nights next year so that staff member cost the business any repeat booking. And since we received that treatment I'll also mention what we were going to let slide - VERY loud music carried from another property until midnight both nights we stayed. We used earplugs to sleep.

Beautiful hotel and rooms, good massage and great to have a pool in Trang. Comfy bed, good shower and nice size room. We were able to check in early too which we always appreciate. If check out had gone smoothly I would have given this a ten.

No restaurants near the hotel, and Trang isn’t a city worth spending any time in.

Nice swimming pool. Next to a large supermarket.
