The rooms are a bit dark, there’s a slight smell of mold when it rains, and the shower water pressure is low.

We spent three nights at this wonderful resort. The scenery around the hotel, with waterfalls and stunning nature, is simply extraordinary. The restaurant is delicious and the staff is pleasant.

We had booked a family room. The room right above the restaurant. Remember to ask for the room facing the sea which has a larger terrace. We only had a narrow terrace with a large palm tree right in front of the view. We got a blanket and didn't really feel that it was clean. When you took a shower the water wouldn't drain and we got wet feet when we went to the toilet. A bit uncomfortable since it came from the sewer. They didn't do much to tidy our room, but it was "cleaned" once out of our 3 days stay.

The hotel had a lovely charm and the beach was really nice. It was a bit of an oasis to stay after living in the city. There are a lot of people coming to the beach during the day.

Million dollar view and amazing bungalows! Stayed in no.38 ac bungalow and it was amazing! It's a bit of a hike to get there. Not recommended for unfit people.

As i said, we knew it would be basic so could not really complain for the price. I would say the the mosquito nets could be replaced though as we had to patch up a few holes.

The location is beautiful, We stayed in a very basic family bungalow overlooking the beach and sea. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. Food and drinks were great and the staff were really lovely. It was very basic but we knew what we were booking and we loved it! Try and wake up for the sunrise, beautiful!

It's out of the way a little, but that adds to its magic. The accommodation we had (the Rock suite) was fantastic. Like most of the properties, it's built into the rocks, bordering the jungle, with a lovely sea view. It was spacious, comfortable, and private. Our teens had a place on the beach - a bit more basic, but clean & comfortable - they liked it. There was one restaurant and I was pleased that the prices were reasonable - the food was very good. The staff were lovely. It's a special place.

When we booked it said that our room had a seaview but it didn't. We could mostly see trees and a bit of sea in between. We had a room with a fridge this time which was better but the lack of view made it feel disappointing.

The location is wonderful. Quiet and peacful. DIdn't eat breakfast but had some food which was enjoyable. The staff were super attentive and friendly. There were a lot of friendly dogs and we didn't know if it was ok to feed them or not.

The family bungalow does not have a refrigerator or kettle. This is honestly written, but when you travel with your family, you want to be able to drink cold water or make yourself a morning coffee. Many things in the house require repair and maintenance. Numerous dogs and cats are very friendly, but at the first opportunity they sneak into the house and look for something to eat :)

Great location, one of the few places on the island where there are few people and a lot of nature. A beautiful uncrowded beach. A place for leisurely swimming, meditation overlooking the sea and reading. On the veranda there is a hammock and a table, at the bar you can get ice for drinks and a large cold coconut. A place for those who prefer beauty and silence to comfort. At six in the morning there is a beautiful view of the sunrise.

The untidiness of the area around the general parking area. This gives a bad impression when you arrive. It would be nice if there were Aircons in the room, but the fan worked well.

The view from our room was out of this world. The beach was very quiet, we enjoyed swimming in the sea. It was so nice to rent the kayak and explore the neighboring beaches.

There was a bit of confusion on the transport for our departure being at a different location to our arrival and a mid-stay trip to town. Resulted in us missing the transport and having to make other arrangements.

A bit remote, but on a lovely and beautiful private beach in the middle of a nature reserve. The rooms have a perfect view. There is just no air conditioning and getting to the rooms with lots of luggage is very, very difficult and without the help of the staff. The staff is very nice and tries to help, the restaurant is nice.

Bit annoying they don't take cards, even though they have WiFi and the restaurant just above does accept credit cards. Bring plenty of cash (or go eat upstairs)

The whole setup of the hotel with the bungalows on the rocks is just amazing. The rooms are romantic but basic (no AC). The views are great, the restaurant is also very good. Cash only.

The staff were exceptional. Pen and Nan worked so hard to make you feel welcome good home-cooked food refreshing smoothies great views while enjoying a Long Island iced tea beautiful rooms would recommend but I wanna keep it a secret.

Not their fault but the weather was shocking for us which resulted in lots of reading which was great but the place would be even better with good weather.

It is unique, very rural a real get away from it all !! The views were absolutely stunning, the getting to and from the bungalow is unique, unbelievable and fun ( not suitable for anyone with mobility issues) Food at the restaurant so cheap yet so authentic

The place is ok in good weather but super sketchy in poor, to get to some of the rooms you need to walk along the ocean through rocks on a very poor path. I slipped and dislocated my shoulder which kinda ruined the next 6 weeks of the holiday. More hand rails and better traction material on paths would have stopped my fall...

There was nothing I didn't like. Be aware there is nowhere to buy 'supplies' though. There is a restaurant to buy meals but take sun-cream, mozzie repellent, snacks etc. with you.

Deluxe beach bungalow was much nicer than I expected and had a fridge. Really big room, big shower room and big balcony with hammock. Right on the beach but elevated, up about 10 steps so still felt private.

At night the room was to dark. There wasn't enough lighting. The staff wasn't very hospitable. There were no kilning to the room during our long stay. No moskito net screen on the windows so we had to sleep with the aircon.

The beach and cabins were beautiful. I recommend for 4-5 nights max with kids.

My room was quite dirty and an unknown animal was pooing in my room every day leaving a strong smell. Also my neighbours were drunk and stoned making noise in the middle of the night and scared me.

My particular room was above and behind another, so the view from my balcony was mostly of another roof. If it has been covered in palm leaves, it would have changed everything but I guess that's hard to maintain. Insignificant when compared to how amazing everything else was.

It's truly a magical part of Koh Phangan. The staff were super helpful and friendly, the food tasty and good value, the rooms clean and close to the beach.

Something that seems like sand kept coming out of the blanket and make the bed dirty.

One of the most beautiful beaches on the island. Had a room with a stunning view on the entire beach. The balcony was super private. A very big room. Great restaurant. Quiet, authentic, and beautiful.
