I was looking for a clean and safe hotel close to the train station. Since I had to stay one night in Chiang Mai, I do not know its proximity to other locations. Around the hotel, there is a nice area for walking by the river and nice cafes and restaurants. I didn't have time to use the pool and hotel restaurant but they looked clean. The hotel met my needs. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would prefer it again if I come across it again.

The breakfast BUT this is only because it wasn’t necessarily to our taste. It’s mostly a Thai style breakfast, with toast available. This is totally understandable though and is a personal preference. Otherwise tea, coffee and juice are also available.

Comfy bed, pillows a bit hard. Location is a 5 minute walk from the train station so was super handy.

Great hotel when arriving super early by nighttrain in Chiang Mai with their 24 hour reception. Great price aswel.

For us it was too far from the city and found that a bit of a difficult with a lack of restaurant variety. Overall very good price and did us well for the duration we were there for. A little nitpicky thing was they only supplied two mugs for coffee (there were three people in a room) and the cleaners came in without us leaving the note on the door saying “clean me” and we came back to cleaners in the room.

If you are using the train station this was very good location. Loads of parking spaces and really nice rooms with only a couple things we didn’t like.

Location not amazing, not within walking distance of the old town and more of a family stay or for people getting a train next day. Pool was shaded and a little chilly so we didn’t use much.

The room was clean and nice. Provided with water and a mini fridge which is super useful. Nice to have access to a pool. Taxi ride away from night bazaar which was great and staff recommend nice food places nearby.

There were ants in the room and when our old room was changed, the new one still had ants. When we checked out, we asked the staff for help but they said there is no one could help. Also the night shift couldn’t speak English. My wife lost her scarf there.

It's located quite far from the old city. Perfect for catching the train, but less so for sightseeing into town.

The property exceeded my expectations for the price and had an excellent cafe attached to it. Just a couple of minutes from the train station. I really appreciated being able to extend my stay by paying an hourly rate for the extra time I wanted to use it, whilst waiting for my evening train departure.

Breakfast was adequate but, of the 12 hotels we stayed in, this had a relatively basic breakfast menu.

This is a comfortable hotel in an excellent location for rail travel, close to Chiang Mai station. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff friendly.

Just stayed there from 11pm to 8am so difficult to elaborate a lot. But it's very close to the station, so of course perfect for this point. Breakfast was just good. Room and bathrooms were cleaned.

The swimming pool has no sun, never. Throughout the day, no chance of sunbathing. So, we didnt used the pool but we were actually in for some vitamine D.

The room is big and clean. Luckily we wear able to go in the room earlier than check-in.

The towels had been washed but looked dirty. The shower was cold, A/C was central, so it was not possible to regulate the temperature. On with 24 degree or off. The pool is not good for use, because of surrounding noise, only to jump in once to cool off. It is close to the central A/C and therefore it is very loud.

No kettle or coffee/tea in the room. Shower was cold, toilet paper was left outside the bathroom on the table with the cups (why?). Tip: ask for a room away from the lift, the security door opening and closing throughout the night disturbed my sleep.

Good location near the train, price per night good value. Minimal outside noise. Nice comfortable bed. Close to the 7 eleven and a restaurant opposite the train station does a great buffet for 139.

There was an ominous door in the corner that was locked and covered with a table. Door on the opposite wall was fixed shut with screws.

Very convenient location if getting a morning train. Staff were helpful with printing tickets. Comfy bed.

The breakfast is nothing to write home about. Tricky/mean/unexpected steps in the room and to the bathroom.

Directly next to the train station. (200m). Hotel itself was way better than expected. Best choice for a layover, if you need to catch a train the next morning.
