Hotel beach was tiny, but ok.

All the staff was just perfect! We felt welcomed any time we moved around the hotel. The golf cart guys met us with a smile every time and were ready to take us to our vila. The hotel is on a rather steep hill and it was helpful to have transport from and to our place on the top of the hill. Breakfast quite good. Restaurant had a good selection of food. The waiters served us perfectly. Special thanks to Mr.Golf. We stayed in two story vila. Spacious room with a great view and very comfortable bed on the first, huge bathroom down the stairs. Nice pool area with pool bar.

First room they put us in made my heart drop! Completely different from the pictures with incredible view and large pool. They said “rooms can vary depending on layout and location” but the room they first put us in should be sold as a completely different room. We were higher up, tiny pool in corner with tree blocking view. Not the same as pictures I wouldn’t have paid for that room as was expecting something to what the pictures showed. Pls don’t put guests in this room will be very disappointing. Those rooms cannot compare in terms of views and balcony/large pool set up and close to the sea.

In my 27 years of living one of the best views I’ve seen!! Our private pool overseeing the sea and mountain have left us with memories we will keep for life. You won’t regret paying for the room with sea view and large pool BEAUTIFUL experience. So happy!!

Our 2 floor villa had steep staircase without handle; not suitable for everybody. A bit cumbersome to always depend on tuktuk transport. Restaurant price added 10% & 7% for tax & service. Would be much better with total amount in the menu. Many reacted to the final sum on their bill.

Spacious room with a great view. Huge bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast quite good. Restaurant had a good selection of food. The tuktuk guys welcomed us with a smile x number of times a day; since hotel is on a very steep hill we always needed transport from and to our room which was situated on the top. Nice pool area with pool bar. Beach was very tiny but since it was low season there wasn't any problem to get a sunbed. This resort was very well kept and gave us a luxurious feeling. We really enjoyed our stay at the Panviman.

The hotel locate on the hillside although they have 24 hrs. buggy car service but it also take a lot of steps.

Very good hotel , staffs are great. Good variety breakfast. I stay in deluxe jacuzzi room, big room, nice view. The hotel have everything you need : pool, spa , fitness , restaurant , private beach.

The room was superbly equipped with breathtaking views. Although situated a long way from the entrance and the restaurant, the shuttle buggies always came quickly and efficiently. On arrival I asked to have my room upgraded which was done efficiently and for a reduced rate which I appreciated. Staff were always friendly and helpful.

Some parts of the resort are in need of an update. All outdoor lounges, timber chairs on the balcony and in our room were not too comfortable. The gym is in a nice room but some equipment is of older type

Fantastic location. The proximity of 20-something restaurants was a huge bonus. Superb beach. Nice, big room (510) with a large corner balcony. Very nice pool. Very nice and friendly staff.

The stone beach restaurant food and blaring music whilst trying to enjoy a meal and darkness. The manager seemed rude to the rest of the staff.

Location was fab. Staff were great. The Stone beach restaurant was not good however. Food was only ok. Blaring music and darkness during the fire show.. whilst trying to eat a meal is not relaxing... Music was way too loud and inappropriate and not required when trying to enjoy a meal. Apart from that. The beach is gorgeous. The golf buggy collections were handy and always very fast. Rooms were absolutely gorgeous and amenities were spot on also.

Food was very average and expensive. Lighting in the suites were very dim, hard to do do makeup. Room service not available a lot of the time. Breakfast was basic.

Stunning views, staff were lovely, pool was great. Spa was exceptional - had 4 amazing massages during our stay. Beach has free kayak and we were able to kayak to the neighboring beach

The property overall was very beautiful and has a fantastic position. The main thing I didn’t like was the lay out in the villa. The room is huge and they should have provided a day bed to lounge on. You could only lie on the bed which is not ideal! Sometimes we needed a break from the heat and it would have been great to have a day bed to lie on. They should also provide a luggage rack to sit your suitcase on. As a couple we could use the small bench provided for one bag but not 2 and there was definitely not enough space in the wardrobe for the contents is our other bag.

We loved the outlook of our grande deluxe pool view villa. The view was amazing. We never tired of looking at it. The main pool area was also stunning.

Staff is super friendly and always with a smile. Big rooms , great breakfast. Beach is one of the best in phangan, and the infinity pool overlooking the bay is absolutely magnificent. Although the hotel is on the hii and a tok tok is needed we didn't want more than 2-3 minutes. Great vacation in a superb hotel.

The beach/sea was a bit disappointing. There weren’t enough sunbeds. Stone Beach restaurant was amazing when there was entertainment but was lacking atmosphere on evenings without events.

Amazing location with spectacular views across two beaches. Great infinity swimming pool with plenty of sun beds. Two good restaurants. Staff were fantastic. The free Tuk Tuk Shuttles to get you to the room and around the resort were super efficient and a brilliant idea to counter the hills! Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

I didn't like that I had to leave and head home...
