At the swimming pool, many people were booking the sunbeds, without even being present, and the staff never remove their towels, neither inform them to keep the sun beds free, if they are not present.

They have 2 different pools, located separately, both having easy access and plenty of sunbeds. The hotel is located literally 100 meters from the beach, and with easy access directly from the beach to the hotel's restaurant/terrace, if you want to eat or drink something. Breakfast had a nice variety every day, plenty of choices, fresh fruits, and amazing omelettes done by a nice guy. The big pool has a nice pool bar, where you can enjoy cold beers or cocktails, while having sun everywhere and palm trees around you.

I had a good stay at a hotel with a spacious and well-appointed room. The pool, which provided a perfect oasis for relaxation and enjoyment. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the beach made it incredibly convenient to indulge in seaside activities and soak up the breathtaking views.

At first we were given a room in the last building which was not good - quite a walk from the beach, very basic interior, the sink did not work well however because of the 24/7 noise in a neighbour room we were moved to another building with the pool view (thanks to the staff) which was much better but still some things to mention: 1. Mold smell. It could be due to the end of the rain season because it became better in a few days. 2. The air conditioner is leaking heavily if you try to set something less than 23, make sure you don't leave your stuff under it. 3. Broken Wifi - I was able to use it like 3 times, all other times it's connected but no Internet or extremely slow. 4. No minibar in the room but it looks it's common in Phuket now.

1. Perfect location if you like Karon beach like us, the sea is across the road. 2. Good breakfast - variety of fruits, tasty strong coffee, eggs or omelette made in front of you. The only thing I was missing is a fried rice that usually exists in all Thai hotels. 3. Beautiful green area around the pools and the buildings. 4. Friendly staff. 5. A place to wash your feet. Someone could say the hotel itself is kind of old, probably yes but in defence I would say the room is classic Thai style, the territory is well managed with a lot of trees and plants you never get in new built hotels, the elevator is very fast. I would definitely consider this hotel for my next trip, just make sure to book pool/garden view or villa.

Rooms were cleaned daily but could be cleaner. The beds were really hard...but surprisingly we slept alright.

Phuket Island View. Huge resort. Two huge pools. There's a 3rd but was being refurbished. We has deluxe pool view room. Nice small balcony with table and 2 chairs. Room good size. Air conditioner good. Shower pressure good with hot water. Breakfast was very good. Big selection. Plenty of food. Half price cocktails in restaurant early evening. Directly across from beach for great swimming. Easy to get transport from hotel.

There were long black hairs on the bed and floor when we checked in. Probably left after cleaning, but does not detract from the overall positive impression of the hotel

The staff are very courteous and friendly. They also provided me with an extra service for which I was very grateful. The breakfast and drinks at the bar are great. The kitchen overlooks the sea. Thank you very much, I'd be happy to come back to this hotel again.

The hotel seems a little outdated. There were minor things that needed fixing: locker of my room was working really badly when using the key and air conditioning was working with only one temperature that was too cold. Very poor room wi-fi.

Many thanks to the staff that provided me with a room that was connected to the next room with an inside door. That allowed me to stay together with my family, but have my own space at the same time :) Things to mention: 1) Great location of the hotel - very close to the beach, right across the road. The traffic was quite heavy, but during evening hours the staff regulates it. Hotel is located close to food places and fruit tents. 2) Spatial pool areas, great for chill time! 3) Nice green territory with local cats :) 4) Air conditioning and daily water supply. 5) Shower towels, changeable beach towels. Overall, it is a good place to stay if you want to combine beach vacation with guided tours.

Western dishes at their restaurant are over priced although their Thai menu is pretty good. When in Thailand do as the thais do !

Whole set up was great. The pool was lovely. The rooms were spacious and clean. Right across from Karon Beach. The beds were singles on a large wooden stage which we could push together. It was a bit dark, lighting and paint colour scheme was a bit dated but the place was very well maintained.

Hotel US style, older but everything worked. Poolbar closes way too early in main season but many bars and restaurants around. The street between hotel and beach is dangerous. In evening they have police to help kids better to pass the streets. Too less electrician outputs, pools beautiful and warm. The sea is ruff in low season and the waves too high for kids. It was possible to combine 2 rooms to 1 appartement which was very helpful for us 4.

our room was kind of old fashioned but there is everything, minibar, kettle and cups, sofa, balcony, possibility to hang wet stuff, hair dryer, spacious room and comfortable beds, house keeping every day and a great location as it is far enough to not hear the noise of busy street and yet you just need to cross the road to be on the beach!

I like everything about this hotel. I was a solo traveller and was looked after well by the staff. I paid extra for the breakfast, and it was good, a variety of different foods and always enough. The location was right across the road to the beach. I would come here again.
