Great modern style hotel, nice clean room, lovely pool, .. what can I say more? A lovely breakfast and a warm welcoming staff! This was the 2nd time I stayed here, this time about 9 days, and I can keep recommending this hotel. Staff were so friendly and helpful. We loved using the bikes and exploring. Pool and gardens beautiful. Breakfast great Fruit, coffee and cold water available all the time were lovely.

The no smoking on the balcony thing. I don’t smoke but my partner does. Most people would have their door closed and aircon on anyway so I don’t really understand the issue with that.

The proximity to the old Town, easy walking distance to every where The breakfast was fantatic and d plentiful. With variety Exceptional staff who went the extra mile to make my stay memorable. The advice on eating places close by. The night market at the end of the lane The quietness in the room.

Everything was top class.

Lovely design. Great location. Fantastic staff. Incredibly helpful and friendly. Amazing breakfasts. We are a family of five with three teenagers and had three rooms. Every day started with the most amazing breakfasts. It was great having a small pool to cool off in also, we would often come back mid afternoon when it became to hot and chill for an hour or two before cleaning up and going out to eat. We spent our first four nights in Thailand here, and it set the bar for everywhere else we would stay.

Excellent accommodation experience Good location! Super friendly and helpful staffs, they always do their best to meet the needs of the guests just like the name of the hotel. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and almost all were homemade. We enjoyed every morning because there were lots of options and the Thai food is the best dish I had during my trip. They also provide 24-hour free bottled water, fruits and snacks. We will recommend to everyone and definitely be back.

Staff was great, place was down a quiet little lane off the main road, very close to the Thapae Gate. Breakfast included fresh mangoes, which was the best thing ever. Also free fruit and water throughout the day, so was perfect for whenever u needed a quick snack.

LOCATION!!!!! Right within the walls and so close to so many good restaurants. Simply walk half a block to the gate and there is always a tuktuk waiting. The staff were kind and helpful. The free breakfast was SO GOOD and so big and such good quality food. The room was so clean. The pool was always sparkling clean and we certainly used it. They have a laundry service with quick turn around.

A wonderful hotel with amazing staff. We really enjoyed our stay here. It was quiet, clean and good value for money. Great breakfast with a nice buffet offering different dishes. We really enjoyed the fresh fruits that were available all day and also the free water refilling station is a great offer (especially since otherwise you keep on buying a lot of plastic bottles with the hot weather).

The hotel was clean, and the room spacious! Breakfast was included - great variety and very yummy. You can also help yourself to coffee and water all throughout the day. The room had a mini fridge, which was kept stock with water and Coke Zero (both complimentary) -YAY! We had a dip in the hotel pool during our stay. The pool is clearly well maintained and helped us cool off a couple of times. The staff at reception were very lovely and allowed us to borrow some pool towels for our elephant tour. The hotel is only a short walk to a 7/11, cafes, restaurants, and some small stores that sell souvenirs. I would definitely rebook for future stays in Chiang Mai!! Thank you for our lovely stay.

My one complaint is a preference matter; I would’ve like a microwave in the room just for late night snacks and what not.

The design and staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The morning breakfast was always fresh and yummy along with the gracious smiles that greeted us. Overall, amazing stay!
