The furniture was old and uncomfortable and the kitchen was poorly equipped. If the owner spent $1000 on a new settee dining chairs balcony table and chairs and kitchen utensils it would be worth the money, just Also I booked Garden view and got the complete opposite

Not the property's fault but guests on nearby balconies would watch videos or TV with loud sound so it wasn't pleasant to sit on our balcony. Location was ideal close to restaurants, Market Village and beach.

The receptionist was incredibly helpful. We left a mobile phone behind and he came to the bus station by scooter to return it. Lovely man.

I would have liked a supportive armchair as the sofabed was really uncomfortable to sit on. I would have liked the option to watch TV in English or Netflix or similar, even if there was a charge. There was a little traffic noise (my room was at the side of the building not the front which is on a busy main road.) It didn't bother me at all and is quiet after 11pm. I think you could find the equivalent accommodation a little cheaper in the area. But I had a great month in Hua Hin and, on balance, I was happy and would recommend it.

Staff were really helpful. They supplied some items that I needed in the apartment within one hour of my request. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the shower was great. The bed was comfortable. The air con worked instantly. The position is perfect. Four minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes from Market Village. Seven Eleven underneath the apartments and restaurants and coffee shops within 5 minute walk. I stayed for a month and my electric bill was about £12. Pool was clean and in good repair but only gets sunshine in the morning which was fine by me as I only used it for swimming laps and it was empty. Great!. With the beach 4 mins walk away, you will not lack sunshine. Wi-fi worked fine.

I stayed at rocco 2 times, the first time was the back of the building, it was fairly quiet, apartment a bit worn but comfortable stay, second time I was meant to be there for 3 weeks but left after 2 weeks, be aware that there is a very busy and noisy main road right in front of the apartments, also a hospital, the sound of motorbikes and cars racing along all day and all night is constant, sirens can be going constantly to, very noisy,

My room was next to the main road there was noise from traffic but after a couple of nights I adjusted to the noise level. I would stay here again

In the condo we had there was a lack of power points in the kitchen area. Had to use an extension lead (which was provided) to use the kettle or toaster. Also one of the chairs on the balcony has seen better days.

Chose Rocco because of its location. 10 minute walk to the beach and close to Market Village.

The name of the property used on booking sites is false , misleading & deceptive. The real name is Rocco Condominiums & bar a small number of Condos on the 8th floor ( which I’m told only get a glimpse of the ocean ) there is no chance of getting a view of the beach or Sea. In fact my room was on the 4th floor was overlooking the main highway through Hua HIN , directly across from one of the biggest Hospitals in Hua HIN. So, with traffic & Ambulance sirens 24/7 , not the best location in the property. Also , I received a letter from the property, through “ Booking.com “ , after my CC had been charged with what I thought was the total amount for my stay ,informing me that I would have to pay electricity charges for entire stay when I checked out. This confusion could have been avoided , if when I was confirming my booking online , it showed the amount with “ + electricity cost “ written beside it.

The rooms are on the main road side and the traffic noise is a huge problem. I was on the top floor and even then the traffic noise and especially the sirens would wake the dead! I am very noise resistant so I did not have an issue but ask where the rooms are before booking. If on the main road side ... go for another place.

Central and decent facilities. One is generally getting what one is paying for and to be fair it has all that one could need. To expect more would be unreasonable. You need to know that the one bed apts are all facing the main road and this can be a problem for those who are sensitive to noise. I did not see this info while booking or I missed it. Distance from Blueport and Market village is perfect and there are a huge number of facilities all within 5 minutes walking.
