Dinner was a bit dissapointing. Sitting right above the beach was a great atmosphere and view, but the service and value for money for dinner was a little low

SAii Samui Villas was the perfect place to end our 10 week holiday. The location is great - on its own beach yet still in beautiful lush surroundings and also close to the airport. We had a deluxe pool villa with a 8m x 5m swimming pool all within our private garden. The villa was large and extremely comfortable with everything we needed. I can also highly recommend the day spa for facials - was it expensive- yes, but it was worth every baht!! The Staff are amazing - from reception, to restaurant, to housekeeping, to day spa and all the other extremely friendly, helpful, smiling faces. There are several supermarkets, restaurants, etc within easy walking distance. All in all a fabulous place to wind down and thoroughly enjoy!

Everything was just perfect! The location, the villa and especially the staff! They were just amazing!! Always helpful and super nice. We stayed in a villa with a small pool. The villa was big with all amenities. The pool is really small so you can’t swim but since it was really hot, we enjoyed going there to refresh after dinner.

We were a group of 18, and every one of us had a pleasant experience. It's an all villa resort with a plunge pool in every villa. The villas were well laid out, spacious, and well maintained. Hospitable and professional staff. Thanks to Little, who attended to us every morning at breakfast. Decent breakfast spread.

The staff were amazing and so helpful and accommodating in every way. Location was perfect. A bit out of the hassle and bussle and nice and quiet. But yet close to nice restaurants and amenities. Loved our stay there. Rented a scooter at the entry to the hotel. Bike rental was so easy and didn't need a deposit or even our passports.

The location isn’t ideal, it felt a bit too far from everything. The beach is not like it looked in photos and it was super windy every day we were there (not sure if it is always like that).

This is a beautiful resort with great facilities, the villas are lovely and well maintained.

I like the fact that it's not right in the chaweng but not too far if you have a scooter, really good service and very nice breakfast and restaurant, nice room, great pools, we will be back next year

Small hotel, villa style. Very quiet beach, none of these big hotels around. At the beach you will meet just 2-3 other people. Staff was very kind, helpful, outstanding. We had two Deluxe Pool Villas side by side, which i would recommend for a family with bigger kids like ours. They are not connected indoor, but at the pool terrace by a sliding door. Breakfast and dinner excellent. Its not a location where you may get out of the hotel in the evening and be surrounded by noise bars and nightlife, but within 5-10 min walking distance, there are some quite nice local restaurants as well. If you like swimming: in the largest pool the diagonal is about 20m. no lanes, but enough if you swim alone in the morning

You cant really swim in the ocean, a lot of rocks and big waves.

Everything was perfect. The best breakfast we ever had in a hotel and we loved the staff. The resort is absolutly beautiful. The massages were amazing and the room so nice. They do everything to make you comfy.

A small detail- in our previous stay, the food was much better. I don’t say it wasn’t good this time, but compered to our last time, it wasn’t that good. First- we felt like there weren’t enough cooked food options at breakfast for people who don’t eat pork or seafood (a lot of stuff with pork or oysters sauce). A little more variety would have been great. Secondly, my wife dreamed our whole vacation about the chicken noodle soup that was supposed to be served at breakfast (our last time she consistently ate this soup at breakfast everyday of our stay, and started making it at home after we came back) but it was different this time and not half as good as it was last time. Again, I don’t say the food is bad, not at all, it just wasn’t that good as it was last time. Besides that, everything was perfect!!!

Everything is perfect. This is our second time at the SAii and we were so happy to be back. Our most favorite hotel in whole Thailand. We came for our honeymoon (after I proposed to my wife there 2 years ago) and saved the best for last. The rooms are stunning, so beautiful and welcoming; just amazing! and the stuff is so nice, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we had a severe stomach virus we got *before* (!) coming so SAii, so we spent our time in SAii mostly in bed and didn’t get out much from our room. But if we were already to be sick, better be sick at the most beautiful place ever. Thank you so much, we will surely be back!

Hard to think of something. Maybe just the location (not in the center but if you look for a quite place this is perfect). The beach is rocky and you can’t really swim in it but I would go back any time!

The beds were quite firm and our king bed was in fact two smaller beds pushed together. The TV wasn't a smart one - it had some conventional local channels mostly in Thai. The buffet was also somewhat lacking in variety while the restaurant was expensive. The main pool was closed at the time we visited, however the hotel did ensure we could use the pool of a neighbouring resort. Due to the surrounding vegetation, the pool at our villa would fill very quickly with leaves etc. necessitating constant cleaning.

Room was lovely and spacious with good amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful with organising transport and checking in and out. Communication via the SAii app was very efficient and had a great directory. It is in a beautiful location to view the sunrise as it backs onto an east facing beach.

The beach was a little disappointing as you could not swim there as it was too rocky.

We stayed in the delux villa and the room was quite spacious and the private pool was huge. Breakfast was quite decent and the staff were extremely helpful. The app that you use to contact the reception is fantastic and the service is quick. The property was very clean and the gardens were all kept clean. Approx 15 min to chaweng and 20 min to bophut

The transfer costs to the airport were pretty high.

The hotel is perfectly located very close to the airport without disturbed through the noise of it. We had a very nice bungalow with own pool. Great breakfast with local and international dishes. Very nice employees!

Very little complaints but if I had to think of something it would be that happy hour 2 for 1 had to be the same cocktail, the pool wasn’t cleaned as often as I’d have liked (although I never asked them to) and the breakfast bakery food wasn’t great (the Thai food and eggs were amazing though!)

The villa was pristine and well looked after our entire stay, the gym was small but had what I needed. The spa and restaurant are more expensive than the surrounding area but offer a quality service. The beach front is just immaculate especially at night. We used the kayak too and had good fun. By far and away the best part of the resort is the staff, they are always so friendly, kind and welcoming. 10/10!
