We really enjoyed our stay at SALA Phuket Mai Khao Beach Resort. The room was spacious and stylish, the pool was a real highlight, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Facilities throughout the resort were top-notch and well-maintained.

Only comment for improvement would be the pizza - my husband is italian so expectations are higher haha, but not at all a problem nor did it impair our overall experience.

We had a great short Honeymoon here at the hotel and even got upgraded to the Pool Villa which was amazing. We were warmly welcomed and they even set up the room with petals and a romantic arrangement. The staff and overall resort exceeded our expectations and would definitely love to come back again! Highly recommend staying here! Great facilities as well!

Amazing relaxing stay at SALA. Very nice staff and facilities. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a one bedroom villa! Food at the restaurant was amazing too, we ate their every night.

Absolutely amazing. The most important thing is the stuff are so helpful and professional especially the lady at the front desk in the night shift. She’s amazing and talented. She helped me with some Grap miss communication The villa is very clean and well maintained. The housekeeping team also was great

The food was amazing, the staff were extremely nice and hospitable. The service was the best I have ever seen in not only Phuket but Thailand. And the location was amazing you can get whatever you need without leaving the area.

The mattress could be better.

Stunning and clean private pool, close to the beach , perfect for couples, quiet, and truly worth every moment. Breakfast was delicious too.

Sala room with toilet outside is a bit inconvenient for people afraid from the mother nature , A/c too noisy

Understand that it’s part of the hotel concept, but the outdoor bathroom was rather inconvenient, especially when it’s raining.

Staff were warm and welcoming, great hospitality! The app was great with being able to communicate with staff and they were very responsive. Spa was really good, especially Khun Ice who really worked hard to get the kinks off my shoulders

Extremely expensive if looking to add lunch or dinner to your breakfast. Worked out ten times better to just get lunch from the paid menu and go out for dinner after.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Calm, peaceful, clean - restaurant and bar serve good snacks, coffee’s great, pools are small but do the job. Loved the pool villas - beach was incredible. Water so clear, sand so soft and barely a single person on the beach - felt like we hired out the whole beach to ourselves.

Only thing - dinner service was slow to very slow - for some reason it is not as well organised as the lunch service, which makes it hard to enjoy your time if you're tired or have plans after. The quality of the dishes on the evening menu is also more heterogeneous than during lunch time. The breakfast buffet is good but could be of higher quality and more varied for an establishment of this standing.

The service from end-to-end was lovely, warm, and professional. The hotel premises in themselves are beautiful, well maintained, perfect to find serenity and get in the mood for your holidays. We have been upgraded to a villa with a pool upon arrival, which was wonderful in itself but also to experience - the room was spacious, wonderful views over the pool, an outdoor bathroom with a shower and a tub, nice decoration... I took great advantage of the spa - highly professional therapists, and a beautiful setting to relax also. The lunch menu is really good (special mention to the BBQ ribs). I did a Muay Thai and yoga class, which were great as well - finally, we did the James Bond Island tour as well, which was a great experience. They have a farm onsite as well which I didn't have the chance to visit.

The beach was great. Very few people, good vacation atmosphere.

Included dinner (HB) wasn't well organized. Soft drinks were not included, no menu for kids. Generally prices in the reastaurant are inadequate.
