A Slice of Paradise – Villa BB7 is Perfection! We had the most incredible stay at Villa BB7 in Samui Bayside Luxury Villas. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa is spotlessly clean, modern, and beautifully maintained, with every amenity you could possibly need. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into making this a true home away from home. The view is absolutely breathtaking—easily the highlight of our stay. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee or winding down in the evening, the panoramic ocean vista is simply unforgettable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always available when needed but never intrusive. Taxis were easy to arrange, and food delivery was excellent, with Grab working seamlessly for everything from meals to essentials. We hired a car, but unless you are planning to explore the island every day, it is probably cheaper to use Grab. We loved the direct access to a quiet, exclusive beach—it felt like our own private slice of Crystal Bay. It’s just a short 5-minute drive to Choeng Mon beach, but honestly, we often preferred the peacefulness of the beach right at our doorstep. Another thoughtful touch: the villa was stocked with drinks and snacks at very reasonable prices, and there was no extra charge for electricity, which is a rare and welcome bonus. All in all, Villa BB7 is a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience. We can’t wait to return!

HELLO, MY HUSBAND TRAVELLED WITH HIS 3 FRIENDS FOR A HOLIDAY IN AUGUST 2025 FULL MARKS TO THE LOCATION,BUT KOH SAMUI IS A 365 DAYS SUMMER DESTINATION.SO THE DAY THEY REACHED , IT WAS VERY HOT IN THE VILLA,THE PROPERTY PERSON SENT THEIR MAINTAINANCE TEAM TO FIX THE AIR CONDITIONER ISSUES. 1 BATHROOM THE FLUSH WAS NOT WORKING. THIS PROPERTY HAS 5 BEDROOMS,THE 5TH ONE BEING AT A LOWER LEVEL SO WHOEVER STAYS THERE IS CUT OFF FROM THE REST OF THE VILLA... THIS IS FOR INFO FOR LARGER GROUPS. The outside space by the pool wasn’t very big for a 5 bedroom villa. There was 6 of us and only 2 sun loungers and 2 beanbags so we couldn’t all be out together. The location was nice and peaceful and quiet but you can’t walk to any restaurants or shops really, you need to get some sort of transport.

Very quiet surroundings with the villa being nice and spacious inside. Very clean and was provided extra pool towels through our stay. The staff could not do enough for you, the WhatsApp chat we had between us was great and they were so quick to respond when we asked questions or heated to book anything.

The view and accomodation were beautiful. It is relatively remote so transport was required to get everywhere (except the beach in front). The area was quiet, clean and calm, which is exactly what we were after.

Location is a bit out of the way from action but Grab, or scooter solves that problem, the pool area can get very slippery when wet, not a con, but the place has so many stairs, so not recommended if you have small kids or mobility issues.

The villa is located at one of the most beautiful spots in all of Koh Samui. The beach is very close and easily accessible. You can also rent scooters to explore the rest of the island. The service was excellent and very flexible. We arrived early but had no problems checking in. The villa was also cleaned regularly during our stay. Overall we are very happy and hope to visit again.

The best property on the island in my opinion. Very friendly staff, excellent views and location. They allowed me to check in as early as 8 am and also allowed me a late check out with no extra charge.

How no one could ever find us for transport and dropping off food. That was the only issue we had.

Loved the villa it was magnificent 👌 we stayed for 5 nights and we all enjoyed this accomodation. the place was clean, comfortable and also spacious. We had to hire scooters which were fun to get around. Loved our stay ❤️ 10 out of 10.

The only small issue was that the air conditioners could use better maintenance — they weren’t cooling as well as they should, probably because they needed cleaning. However, it wasn’t a big problem and didn’t affect our overall amazing stay.

We stayed at Samui Bayside Luxury Villas for 3 nights (April 17–20) at Choeng Mon Beach and had an amazing experience. The location is perfect — peaceful, but still only 15 min away to everything. The outdoor area is beautiful, the private BBQ was a great touch, and the villa itself is fully equipped and super comfortable. The view from the villa is simply stunning. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay in Samui!

A beautiful villa with stunning views. All the amenities one needed with reception always available for any extra needs. Lovely bunch of efficient maids. We hired a car for the holiday whilst not a necessity did make life easier with young children.

The maintenance of the villa is a bit lacking, we had several cases of a bad smell from the shower and even an hour-long power outage in the villa, but there is a technical team within the complex that provides a quick response and the villa manager tried very hard to compensate us for all the malfunctions. The distance from the main places must be taken into account, but, taxis are available within a few minutes and the costs are low.

The view from the villa is amazing, a quiet place and part of a well-kept villa complex. The villa is very spacious and equipped with everything you need. If you are looking for a view, quiet and secluded from the hustle and bustle and spacious for the whole family, this is an excellent place.

Modern and clean villa on a superb location. We stayed at villa 20 which has a magnificent view over te bay. This combined with the infinity pool and a sunset makes you feel you're in paradise. The beach is a one minute walk down and is mostly empty, apart from some sunbathers. Very calm athmosphere. The water is clear with some rocks here and there. Going back up to the villa along the steep path is a little bit more challenging, but good for your physique. All necessary facilities are on site, even a washing machine, dryer and bbq. In case you need anything else, you have the bayside team on standby for you. The holday was great!

The property facilities 10/10 and the view from the pool overlooking the sea is just perfect! Couldn’t ask for better hosts. They got in contact a few weeks prior to our stay and made it so easy for us on our first visit to Thailand

Location is a little away from the streets. If you want to move around, it is necessary to rent a scooter or a car. On the plus side - it nicely quiet there. The kids room (the one with a bunk bed) is downstairs with an acess from the Garage and somewhat isolated from all the other bedrooms which are on the third floor. Might be a perfect solution when travelling with teenagers but our toddlers did not want to stay there alone and ended up sleeping in parents’ beds.

Spacious and very clean. Views were just fantastic AS breakfast is not included, there are three options - to order in a chef to cook breakfast, make one yourself or take a 7-minute Drive to town to a cafe. We ordered a chef for one morning and got a delicious breakfast. Other mornings we drove to SOL cafe, which is very popular and offers wonderful breakfast menu.
