Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

SingaporeThe Room - As with the property, the rooms feel a bit dated. There was a musky smell coming from the aircon vents as well. - Given the size of the room, the bathroom on the other hand was very small and cramped. - The water pressure from the shower head was a bit weak. Water temperature also fluctuated between hot and cold on one of the nights. - Not sure if I missed it but I couldn't find any utensils in the kitchen area of the room. - There was a mosquito in the room. The Hotel - Carpeting along the corridor also felt old and uneven and there seemed to be a musky smell coming from it. - The breakfast could have done with a bit more variety in terms of food. - Location was good for what I was visiting for but it is very far from the center of the city where all the malls are. Be prepared to travel between 30-60 mins just to get to one of the big malls because of horrible traffic.
The Room - We stayed in the King Suite which was very spacious and could comfortably fit a extra bed for a child. It also had a full sized fridge, washing machine, sofa area and long desk. - The bed was really comfortable with two large pillows per person. The Hotel - Location was very near the Singapore International School. The back entrance leads to a long street with some nice restaurants, a 7-11 and a very affordable Thai massage establishment. - There's also a small massage shop on site that opens till late, great for soothing the tired muscles after being out and about the whole day. - Breakfast area was also big and spacious, so no issue finding seats.

United KingdomUnfortunately Bangkok had horrific smog and pollution. We also a very strange issue with hot water, as in, didn't have any, which none of the staff could fathom. They also kept closing/reserving the whole pool area for afternoons at a time, which if it had affected me, I would be very upset about. Whilst having a fridge and TV is good, the room was very tired and needs a very deep clean plus painting in various places
Very comfy beds, nice lighting and clean room. The staff really were trying their best and were very professional. Lovely pool for the kids to play in.

AustraliaStaff was polite and friendly, but not proficient enough in communicating in english, which was sometimes annoying for asking for the services or the address. Bathroom was a bit lower than our expectations, it was too small and the shower head was loose. Room also smells a bit moldy and there was not so much way for air circulation in and out the room. There was not dryer or drying racks, which was not convinient for anyone using a pool and need to dry swimsuits.
The hotel room was so clean, tidy and spacious, they clean the room properly everyday. Massage and spa is highly recommended with friendly and polite massuers. Pool water was clean, clear and routinely checked. Breakfast was ok with enough diversity of food and filled time to time. The hotel in overall was modern, affordable and meet our expectations in many ways.

Sri LankaI had a fantastic stay at SC Park Hotel in Thailand! The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every need was met with a smile. The hotel's facilities were excellent, with a beautiful pool, well-equipped gym, and great dining options. The atmosphere was peaceful, making it a perfect place to unwind after a long day. The only small downside is that the hotel is a bit far from Bangkok city center, so travel times can be a bit longer. However, if you're looking for a quiet and comfortable stay with top-notch service, SC Park Hotel is a great choice! I would definitely stay here again.

MaldivesThere is a noticeable issue with strong, old smells lingering throughout the property. This detracts from the overall experience and could be a concern for some guests. I hope the management takes prompt action to address this issue, as it would greatly improve the ambiance and comfort of the stay. Otherwise, it’s a quiet and family-friendly spot that offers a break from the city's chaos.
Amid the hectic hustle and bustle of Bangkok, this place is a serene escape, especially at night. The peaceful atmosphere makes it an ideal spot for families looking to relax and unwind in a quiet environment. It’s perfect for those who want to step away from the noise and chaos of the city. However, for anyone planning a party or seeking a vibrant, lively setting, this may not be the best choice. Overall, a great option for tranquility in the heart of a busy city!
