The room itself was clean and functional, but the stairs and common areas felt cluttered with extra beds and cribs, making the space look messy and outdated. The air conditioning was old and ineffective—instead of cooling properly, it just blew strong, uncomfortable wind. Breakfast service was disappointing; the staff seemed unfriendly and indifferent. Additionally, the noise level was high during closing time as they cleared everything away. The receptionists were polite but came across as abrupt when handling service requests—though given the nature of the place, this was somewhat understandable. The café lacked atmosphere—it was mostly empty and not very inviting. The breakfast terrace was poorly set up, with an uninspiring and messy layout. The chairs were uncomfortable, likely due to age and constant exposure to the sea air. Overall, the stay had some functional positives, but the outdated facilities and lack of warmth in service made it a less enjoyable experience.

The only point to mention is that the rooms were not fully soundproof, especially the balcony windows, which allowed outside noises to be noticeable, particularly late at night. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

We were booked at room 504 which was a little bit worn out and probably had seen better times. The kingsize bed was tottering and when one of us turned around the other one was afraid of getting seasick.

Apart from the friendly check in staff, everyone was not communicative and you had the feeling as if one was disturbing the staff, especially at breakfast.

Top situated directly at the beach. Seaview room was big and had an undisturbed view, even from the shower. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace. Fantastic views. .

The wifi disconnects every time you leave the room and have to login again. If the room doesn't have a view to the sea, then it is not great. Location is a bit far away from the main attractions.

Furniture and interior are a bit old and have that old smell. The washroom does not have appropriate curtain, so when you take shower - everything gets wet. Staff are not very knowledgeable about the local facilities, no matter who you ask. But they will help you if you need anything while you are staying at the hotel!

Right on the beach, they provide free beach towel. The swimming pool is small but cozy. Breakfast is awesome.

It didn't bother me, but some nights the live music/ karaoke from a nearby bar was quite loud. I could hear it from my room with the balcony door closed. If a guest has early morning plans, it could be a nuisance.

It was nice to stay in a hotel directly across from the beach, and outside of Pattaya. There is a night market just up from the hotel with great food, drinks and entertainment. The hotel is clean, the room had no problems, was spacious and had complimentary fizzy drinks, water and snacks. The bed was big and comfy. The bathroom had toiletries, but definitely bring your own conditioner, you'll need it in the salty sea air! Sitting out on the balcony looking at the beach was great. Breakfast was good, plenty to choose from, and you can sit outside on the rooftop or inside. The staff were very friendly and helpful when asking for advice to get a bus to Suvarnabhumi Airport. For the price, we definitely got great value!

The only thing I don't like is the throw pillows, it's very smelly. It's been unwashed for so long I guess. The towels was also smelly. I preferred to use white towels and you have blue towel. Over all was great.

Our four days stay was great. The location is perfect if you want a beach front in reasonable price. Staff are polite. AC was working well. Shower room is big enough.

The first room, the bed linen doesn't look clean. The bedspread had coffee drip marks. ,The building nextdoor has a window to see and near the balcony of the room. Therefore requesting to change the room. The second room, the bed linen is okay. But there is dust on the kettle and the overturned glass. looks like it hasn't been used for a while.

Room needs someone with attention to detail. Besides being dated and tired, simple things such as fixing the leaking shower and an extra chair on the balcony would make a difference. For the price there's plenty of places offering more. Breakfast was very basic
