It’s indeed outdated, we paid a discounted price but if we’d paid the full normal price I wouldn’t have been happy at all. our AC didn’t really work, it was blowing out air but it wasn’t cool. They have a pooltafel you need to pay for (first time in Thailand), and I preferred the other bars/restaurants on the beach than this one. I would choose a different hotel if I’d come again.

The location was great on Haad Yao beach if you want to be away from the party scene and young travellers.

The room was a bit sad, very dark. Plenty comfortable but the electricity turns off when you leave, so impossible to store food. Also the bathrooms were covered in gnats. And the shower basically didn't have hot water

A picturesque pool and cafe, located right on the beach of Haad Yao. More than enough shops and cafes in walking distance. You can sign up for scuba, get a massage, visit the 7/11, and have plenty of eating options within a 5 minute walk.

Too far away from a bit of life, taxis very expensive on the island. Reception tried to hold room deposit although no damage was done, created a bit of a scene and was not made to feel comfortable.

Breakfast wasnt worth the price. The room was very poorly furnished. It was dump. We had water in the bathroo all the time. The service at the bar was slow and very unintrested. I will never go back there again.

To expensive for what they offer. There is a safe deposit box in the room, but it's not working, no clothes rack for wet beach towels. It is very difficult to get for example an extra toilet paper, it takes ages to get one... Breakfast is ok. Rooms are old... I didn't like it at all.

Hotel is on the beach, the bar was nice. Pool is great and very long....

it was quite loud sometimes from the bar up the hill until 12pm and also in the vagga bar there was always music playing. just at the swimming pool it was quiet.

The boss of the Vagga Bar is a very nice and kind women and she is always there for a little chat. The staff is friendly and the food is good. I loved to have breakfast in the morning there, where it was more quiet. Also the price is quite high it's worth it! I liked also my balcony and my big room upstairs.

We stayed in pool access room which was extremely moist. No ventilation at all. Noisy AC. Breakfast 3 out of 5.

We paid a price including breakfast and the choice is very limited…we also could not eat anything as I think the kitchen/food storage must be located close to some camphor so everything tastes of moth balls and it’s impossible to eat…no complaints about the resort I think this is an issue to be solved by Vagga bar which is the beach bar that hosts the breakfast.

Rooms were a bit outdated.

Everything on the exterior was nice, modern and clean. Facilities, reception and the coffee bars were lovely. Reception staff were always helpful. Direct access to the pool was good (if you were on the ground floor apartments) perfect access to beach. Haad Yao area was one of nicest areas on west side of island with plenary of modern and traditional places to eat/ get coffee.

The cooked breakfast (set A) was not the best but the alternatives are much nicer so not a problem. The pressure of the shower isn't very strong but there was plenty of hot water.

The room didn't feel very clean, the stream in the shower was very weak (and cold), and the bed was so uncomfortable. Also the chairs in the balcony are the most uncomfortable chairs I've sat on.

The beach is lovely, we also loved the pool and the hotel location. Their bike rental is easy and fair.

Pool is literally on your doorstep and the location on the beach and in town is exceptional.
