Siam Mandarina has a convenient location next to the airport. The staff is very nice and Max helped with practical things, really helpful. Early breakfast and free shuttle to airport are a real add on the value of the price!

On site restaurants are pricey for the variety/ quality of the food (very few options along bust road outside, unless using a taxi).

The area around the pool was quite small with standing room only. We didn’t find any restaurants within walking distance of the hotel so ended up eating in the hotel which had a fairly limited menu.

It was close to the airport and provided a free regular shuttle service. The staff were helpful and friendly

There was a slight mishap at dinner where I was served (and ate part of) a non vegetarian meal when I had specifically asked for vegetarian alternatives. The kitchen had not read this properly and proceeded to give me pork. It was rectified by the staff and they were very apologetic and hopefully this does not happen again in the future and we were compensated for this. The hotel food and beverages are extremely expensive for Thailand.

The staff were very friendly and lovely and great communication with Max to book the transfers and check on how our stay was. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Transfers very way and simple and the staff could not do enough to help. Hotel was quiet and had a good nights sleep.

My only complaint was our evening meal , the salmon looked beautiful served but when cut into it was raw in the middle apart from that no complaints .

Literally 10 minute complimentary shuttle ride to the airport , the hotel itself is very clean with very friendly staff .

No, I think it was great.

I was pleasantly surprised how good the hotel was. We received a room upgrade which was very nice. everything was perfect the dinner in the restaurant was very good and i could not fault the food. The shuttle bus in the morning was perfect took 29 minutes as the traffic was busy, but we arrived with lots of time to spare.

Breakfast was a let down unfortunately. Im a private chef and really look forward to food, especially breakfast. They do do a good job on having the food available from 4am, however the food does taste like the chefs are just going throught the motions and the flavours lack love and care, which is very unusual for Thailand The pool area very small.

This hotel is very close to the airport, at least my room was! I could see the planes taking off and landing, what a treat. The room was virtually noise proof too. Reception were very helpful and friendly, especially Max who went above and beyond his duties to ensure that I was happy. The bed was super duper comfortable, the room was spacious and the views incredible

The shuttle service could not be used since when we arrived, it was just left and we should have waited another hour. I tried to contact the manager but he didn't answer. Only the day after he apologied.

The hotel is conveniently located just 10 minutes from the airport, making it an ideal choice for an overnight stay, especially for early morning flights. The room we booked was spacious enough for our needs. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Nothing that bothered me in a short stay.

The staff is EXCELLENT. Everybody so kind and nice! Even before we arrived, Max sent me instructions about the shuttle service and made sure we knew where to go. The reception staff welcomed us with a big smile and when we asked for extra blankets, the came really fast. We stayed for 1 night between flights and highly recommend the hotel. There is a 7/11 real close and a lotus market on the other side of the street.

the rooms smelt like mould , the shower didn't work only the bath and it had mouldy bits in it and the shower curtain. Overall the rooms were very old
