For a property without a pool it seems a little expensive. Having said that the rooms are massive!

Issue with our bathroom but got sorted with a new room within 2 minutes of reporting the issue.

Lovely room with large bathroom and 2 double beds. Right on the beach and 30 second walk to streets with shops, bars and restaurants. You can easily get a taxi to cheywang for a night out if you are wanting to.

The bathroom could flood a little if not handled properly. The water did not get as hot as we’d like but that’s island life for you. The only other issue was that the AC during the day with the balcony being so lovely and wide did not get cool easily

The space was fantastic. The room was huge for the price, it was right next to the Main Street and the beach but remained really quiet. Very clean and thoroughly cleaned when asked. Very charming and very soothing. Highly recommend!

The shower wasn’t easy to use as the head didn’t attach to the bracket properly so it only pointed at the wall. This is probably only an issue in one room and if we really wanted it fixed I’m sure they would have.

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location as it is not in the busiest part of lamai but only a short walk away and also very close to the beach. The staff organised our taxi which was very helpful and efficient. The air conditioning was great and they gave us 2 bottles of water each day we were there.

Room was large but stuffy. A pedestal fan would help move air around. Sometimes aircon isn't enough, especially at night, it's usually too noisy. Could do with darker curtains and on all windows. Two frosted windows had nothing and it was like daylight at 6.30am, and therefore warming up again.

Great location, quiet side street just steps to beach in one direction and the main bar/restaurant strip in the other. Good value.

We had a broken safe which has probably been replaced by now and the door to the balcony didn’t shut completely properly (it did still lock though).

Maybe small renovation of the room equipment should be considered. But for us it was not so important.

We were delighted by hospitality of the property owner. The room was very clean and comfortable. Quality of wifi very stable, enough and satisfactory for our purposes. Peaceful and quiet compared to Chaweng. Prices more than reasonable. There are plenty of dining options and street food in the close neighborhood. Also there is a market with fresh fruit, 7eleven, mini Big C and big Lotus supermarket in the walking distance. Cheap bikes for hire and laundry just around the corner. The beach was really amazing. Unlike the other beaches in Koh Samui, the one in Lamai has no significant low tides, so you can enjoy swimming in the sea all time during the day.

Shower should have better drainage. It is central part of Lamai so the building density is very high which makes the air stable and hot.

Wifi sometimes a bit "flaky". However, I was prepared for this, because of island, so I used tethering as backup.

Very close to beach; quiet, although rather central location. Which means, market, gym, shops to be reached by feet.
