GermanyThe only little bad thing was the AC - I know the humidity isn’t very easy to keep out of the room, but the smell coming from the AC was a bit nasty.
We loved the little balcony within the room so you can step outside and enjoy some air. The bed was super comfy, shower very big with awesome toiletries (really liked the smell of shampoo and bodywash). The staff was outstandingly friendly, quick and courteous.

Booked this hotel one night but extended another night because of its proximity to Phayathai Airport Rail Link and value for money while being close to Pratunam department stores and BTS Ratchathawi. Room #509 was perfect, and the air conditioning was cool and quiet. The check-in process was quick and was welcoming. The Wi-Fi in the room was a bit on and off on the first night but got better. I especially like the clean and quiet environment with some nice local restaurants around the corner. Highly recommended 💯

Sierra LeoneEverything was 10/10 the staff was suuuper nice. The even let me into my room 3h early. The only down side to me was the location of the hotel. From the airport the train could take you to a stop right next but to go to the old town it was 1h walking or a tuk tuk. I ended moving to another hotel more in the center of the city bc of this. The room, staff, facilities like pool gym and lobby were very nice.

South AfricaThere wasn't much space to unpack so I would only recommend the hotel for short stays.
The location is excellent if you need to stay somewhere close to the airport rail link. Its just one stop away from Phaya Thai station where you can catch the airport railway. The staff were friendly and the room was very stylish and comfortable. The rooftop pool is lovely. I liked that there was a larger fridge than what most hotel rooms have.

GermanyGreat location for a first/last night in Bangkok. BTS station Phaya Thai from the airport is 10 min walking distance, that’s why we chose it. Great interior design, spacious room and comfy bed, good breakfast and really pretty rooftop pool, no bar there though. Area is also nice and safe, with respectable massage salons and good restaurants nearby. Also some shopping malls are walking distance 20 min away.

RomaniaI didn't like that I didn't have no electrical plug in the bathroom. Also the glass at the shower is too little and you have to shower with care to not have water everywhere.
I loved the design. I was expecting a more sweet smell inside, but it was normal. I had a room that is very friendly for disable people, and it was very comfortable. Even though I didn't have the chance on going to the pool, I chose to eat the breakfast there, and it was amazing, with a lot of stuff to pick.

Location amazing, BTS 2 minute walk, loads of shops and places to eat. Incredibly friendly staff, great breakfast. Room well appointed with very quiet air con. Rooftop pool has sunset views.
