There rooms are old and not maintained well. This time 1st room we have checked in had issue with key card and I had to walk 4 times to the front desk to change it. Finally they moved us to a different room.2nd room also had very loud air conditioner and feel like not maintained at all

Fantastic pool, staff are very helpful. Breakfast was great. Upgraded to a seaview room, the room we originally booked was looking a bit tired. Cost £10per day extra. Short walk to local village, for cheap food/drinks. Try bar of cha am & village restaurant.

Breakfast was very basic. The hotel was overcrowed during the Christmas festival period. Breakfast was served in a massive hall. Seating space was not adequate. No continental breakfast only Thai. The hotel is very old and needing refurbishing. Our door jammed for 2 hours. Our room was not cleaned well and towels were old and used up. Pillows were old and smelly. The beach is rocky and not sandy, not pleasant.

Helpful front office staff particularly Khun Pakamat who helped us get a taxi back to Bangkok. She took special care for us to be comfortable. Regular transport to nearby village although we were charged.

I thought it was a little far from Cha Am/ Hau HIN. My wife and I went down into the local village every afternoon and had drinks The Resort was quite and peaceful, just what we needed to relax

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool was really nice and we really enjoyed hearing the sound of the waves so nearby while relaxing by the pool. The breakfast was great!

30 min drive to Cha Am centre. Is nearer to Hua Hin centre. Beach is only good for walking along. Too steep and rough to go into sea.

Lovely spacious hotel in beautiful garden setting running down to the beach. Two large pools. The kiddies pool with slides is well away from the adult pool. Plenty of sunbeds. Several restaurants, bars and massage parlours a short walk to the local village.

No problem at the hotel front! Amazing place for the children especially! Personally,I had a bad encounter with a guest when she claimed 2 of the chairs for a single person use. Maybe add chairs during peak season or educate the guests about hoarding something as trivial as a pool chair. Also add a bidet maybe , to the toilet!!

We've stayed at the Regent Cha-Am Beach Resort several times now. It's not a new facility and some of the rooms are showing their age. The comfort and cleanliness is not compromised, however.

Two nice pools. The main pool is very large. The smaller pool is still quite big by most standards and has a fun children's wading pool with slides, splashes, etc. It's a very well-managed property. They have a hotel/restaurant management school ongrounds and some of the support staff are students, so they try extra hard to treat customers well. The grounds are large with many nice ocean viewpoints as well as some play areas for kids with trampolines, badminton, basketball, etc. Breakfast is outstanding with a wide variety of meats, breads, eggs, fruit, juices, and good coffee. The breakfast buffet runs 4hrs from 6:30-10:30am, so meets the needs of all travel styles. There is a small fishing village with several local restaurant options within 0.5km.

Huge compound with spacious room. Big and beautiful pool, we really like it (also big pool for kids). Quiet location especially weekdays which is good for relaxing. Great value for family with all ages.

We did upgrade because they don’t have bidet in some of their rooms toilets but I was also shown in the pictures on booking.com I just didn’t pay attention when I did the reservation. The kids pool was awesome but it’s dangerous because the the edged stables are sharp and it can cuts kids skin or feet. I hope they will add more love in cooking breakfast, a lot of options but taste was bland.
