Great location, halfway between the main town/beach and the Landmark Night Market. Very friendly, helpful and professional staff. Great range for breakfast and the pool is a really good size, plenty of sun loungers.

The reception of the hotel is in an awful state. It gives a horrible first impression of the hotel. A/c doesn’t work and the paint and furniture are falling apart. The breakfast is ok.

The hotel is in a good area and close to everything. The pool area and rooms are nice. I had a problem with my first room as the a/c wasn’t working and they quickly solved it by giving me another room.

The place is very uncared for and run down. Room smelled of mould. Minimal plug sockets that work, so extension cords needed. Breakfast included, but questionable. That said, for the price, breakfast was fair enough.

Location is close to restaurants, market and shops. 7-11 very close also. Staff helpful and friendly. Bed comfortable and rooms were cleaned daily with towels and water replaced.

The room was huge the ac was not working properly it was making weird noises my friend was so scared because of the noises as she thought it’s haunted lol but there was some insect inside it

Lobby reception needs renovation urgently. Lobby reception area are hot and stuffy. Air con broke down, toilet broke down, paint peeling off the walls. Not a good first impression for first time guests. Pity the reception staff in the reception lobby area doing their work in an uncomfortable situation. Yet, they r courteous, cheerful and all smiles towards guests. Do not choose units from BLK A or B if you have phobias for mosquitos, if you are a nature lover, then it will not be an issue. Choose instead BLK C and D both units are facing the pool area.

Location, easy access Aonang beach town. All in walking distance. You don't have to walk far to access the main road.

Pool grate wasn’t fixed and my mum fell through it hurting herself, staff saw but shrugged their shoulders and walked off

They should allow checkout with a margin of atleast an hr without charging.

Loved the rooms and the swimming area to relax. The rooms are spacious and clean and so is the washroom. They give ample bottles of drinking water without charging which is really great. Their hospitality is indeed great as they helped us with the booking in the mini van to drop us to krabi airport. Plus, it's located in the much hyped area of Ao Nang Beach. There are beaches on both sides of the hotel. Highly recommend it.

Had to change rooms as a large number of room are adjoining. There were people in the next room speaking in a normal voice and we could hear them so they would know exactly what was going on in our room. Unless travelling with a group and needing adjoining rooms best to specify a completely seperate room. Once we changed it was great. Also, the cleaners were a little overzealous. Knocking on the door at 8.30am to clean the room...

The room was unexpectedly large. There's also a large patio area with a table and benches which give a great outdoor dining area. I could easily stay there for a month. Combined you end up with an extremely large suite size room.

- not too many options of breakfast but all delicious, cashew nuts chicken, Loei mien , breads and egg station with coffee and tea a lady who is working in this zone is very friendly, she is the only person making everything and delicious breakfast

-Friendly staff and helpful, my friend and I didn't sleep well on our first night as the AC was too loud after we informed receptionist she sent someone to fix while we were on islands tour, a receptionist changed a room for us. -Great location nearby night markets - near 7-11 - lovely swimming pools - not too far from the beach front - clean room -Wifi os strong

The place was a little run down. Main Reception doesn't give you the best first impression - it is rundown inside. Paint peeling off walls, water stains down the walls and smelt extremely damp/moldy.

Room was big and clean. Pool was great! Staff friendly. Location was GREAT - it gives you access to two beaches and two main areas with shops, restaurant and bars.

Mosquitos in the room. The staffs could not speak in English at all. It was pretty difficult to communicate. Moreover they kept the balcony uncleaned.
