1) Check-in / check-out. A bit chaotic. The staff does the work but they are drowning in paperwork and they are clearly understaffed. The advice is not to arrive before check-in hour to avoid the mess 2) in the room, a bit of smell of sewing - some appliances not working but nothing tragic 3) the towel system for pool/beach, not great and a bit cheap. 4) i feel the hotel is a bit overpriced considering quality of service 5) the smell in most of the public toilet in the facilities…not acceptable.

Location was nice. Beach, sea are as advertised. The rooms had nice views and had the basic that is needed. Food was nice although it could benefit from change from day to day. Special thanks to Taher, from the reception team, he was very friendly and professional. And Iskander from the restaurant team, who helped in taking care of us during dinner service. The lady at checkin ( i cant remember the name) she was also nice to us.

It’s a lovely hotel. I definitely recommend the bungalow on the beach seeing the sea is just perfect. Spacious room clean. Cannot fault that.

Bedrooms in the hotel are a bit old and need renovation. Sound isolation is not perfect.

It’s not our fist time staying in the hotel and food becomes better every time. There are plenty of choices and everything is super fresh and delicious. Beach and pools are clean. Staff is friendly.

Noisy people arrived on our last day thank goodness. Balcony was really small.

the beach and the sea is so beautiful and clean. staff are all quite nice and friendly. the overall resort is very well designed with 3 different pools with great view of the sea. the buffet has so many choices and very good quality. we really enjoy the stay and will definitely recommend anyone who want a relexing holiday with affordable price.

However, there were a couple of issues that affected our overall experience. On the last day of our stay, we were woken up at 9am by extremely loud drilling, which was very disruptive and inconsiderate, especially when guests are still resting. It would have been more respectful to schedule such work later in the day. Additionally, the bungalow we stayed in felt quite outdated and no longer reflected a 4-star standard. Some renovations and updates are definitely needed to maintain the quality and comfort expected from a hotel of this rating.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and was especially impressed by the incredibly friendly staff. Mr Adel, Mr Saber, and Ms Amel stood out for their warm and welcoming attitude, always ready to help with a smile. The cleaning staff were also exceptionally hardworking, particularly those maintaining rooms 729–321 and 735–738, which were always spotless. Overall, both the staff and facilities were of a very high standard. The hotel’s location was also excellent, making everything easily accessible and adding to the overall convenience of the stay.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel! From the moment I arrived, the service was warm and welcoming. Omar at reception was especially wonderful—friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The cleaning staff kept everything spotless throughout my stay, and the kitchen staff were kind and attentive as well. While the food could be improved a bit in terms of variety and flavor, everything else made up for it. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience, and I’d be happy to return!

Hotel is huge, lots of pools and a private beach. We only has breakfast there, the choice was overwhelming, but a bit tasteless. Rooms are modern and beds very comfy. There is a heated indoor pool which is nice for bad weather, but unfortunately it was full of kids who totally misbehaved and disturbed all the guests. Unfortunately the staff didn’t do anything about it.

We would have liked to have the coffee/ tea in our room to be replenished. An option of coffee after dinner would have been nice.

Buffet meals were a bit repetitive however there was always plenty to choose from. Fresh orange juice at breakfast was excellent. The room was comfortable, well appointed and cleaned every morning.
