We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

QatarWe stayed in One bedroom apartment.Overall is good.however few details needs to be rectified ( WC door not closing and Shower as well). The stuffs in restaurants needs better cleaning and AC is not working properly in main restaurant.
The Facilities.Pools and beach are fabulous. The Spa and the staff were kind and professional.The Quality of food with lot of varieties (we had amazing setting for French National Day) The location very ,close to Al Kantaoui Marina.

Germany- The activities shall be more diversified and written somewhere for the guests. It was not announced everywhere/ with enough time to the guests. As a result many of them are cancelled because of the lack of participants. That’s disappointing - As I mentioned earlier, what was upset los to hear some other animators in the corridors gossiping and talking BAD about guests and about their colleagues. It is very non - professional . They either think no one understands them or they are ignorant. These same people were also ,,hanging out” / flirting with some guests. I don’t think the hotel pays them to be close to specific persons . They should focus of the well being of all the guests without exception and be more involved in the good organisation of the events, which were by the way, average , to not say repetitive and not attractive. - Last negative point was for the lack and poor facilities for the kids (under 4). The playground is right exposed to the sun, covered with few umbrellas of straws and it is still burning hot. My son couldn’t join the kids club because he was less than 4 years old. There was no other place where he could play. Even when we proposed that one of us stay with him in the mini kids club so he could paint , or anything . It’s also frustrating to have my kid discriminated this way because of his age. Nothing was mentioned in this regard when I booked in advance.
+ Comfortable bed, nice room, well maintained facilities . Big plus for the spa + Excellent welcome, smooth check in and service oriented personnel + Great selection of food and drinks included in the AI plan. Every one can find his food preferences and kids can without any problems. I liked a lot the varied buffet they had. The ingredients are fresh and the food is well cooked with a lot of flavours. You find tasty Tunisian food /Italian /French … +\- Some of the animators were super professional and gifted for the organisation and assuring good environment. Talking to everyone and making them feel comfortable and heart welcoming. Some of theme unfortunately weren’t good enough for the standard of this hotel, to see the - comment below)

Can not fault the food, it is really good, plenty of choice too. Could have done with more fruit like Banana, the cocktails are very tasty too. Beds were very comfortable. I went for two days over xmas 24th & 25th, the 7 course meal on 24th were beautiful. Considering it were xmas the entertainment... well there was not any, the animation team not good at all, had nothing to do while there, for the price paid i would expect something to do!

United KingdomThought we were supposed to have a balcony but we didn't. Apart from the animation team, the staff were quite miserable. Speaking to other holiday makers, they recommend tipping at the beginning so the staff will be more friendly. It might have helped us get the right amount of towels and pillows but I just assumed that would happen on the onset. People selling trips were quite annoying. The cost of the spa. I've been to other hotels where it's included in the price.
Local wine, nice pools, quiet beach, peaceful walk on the beach to the port. Lots of choice of food.
