Communication was the bare minimum. There was no initiative to explain or to guide regarding the city to a new tourist • or for the room unless you ask. Towels and floor were Never changed/cleaned. There was no hot water for two days and completely lack of water in the shower on the second day. No fridge at all in the room, which is necessary for keeping water in this heat. Not soundproof walls or rooms. During checkout time early morning there was Nobody in the accommodation for which I was Not aware of. So I had to leave the key to the door. Expensive for the facilities and the technical issues/shortages it has.

Location was great. During check in the room was Very clean. Bright and comfortable for one person. Iron was provided upon request. AC was working perfectly.

Some points to improve: there was no cleaning service during my stay, the AC needs fixing, and the rooms are not very soundproof, so it can get noisy.

I had a very pleasant short stay at this pension as a solo traveler. The staff were really nice and helpful, always making sure I felt comfortable. The location is excellent you can easily walk around the area, the bus stop is nearby, and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Perfect place for someone traveling alone and looking for convenience and a welcoming atmosphere

The staff at this hotel are very kind. We had a small room with three twin beds and they told us they will give us a bigger room after the first night without charging anything extra. This was very kind of them. Having tea, hot water and coffee available throughout the day was wonderful

At times there was no water in the bathroom, but that never lasted very long. We asked about parking when we reserved the room and they confirmed that we will have it, but when we arrived they told us that there is no space for our car. Luckily there was very nice parking near but it cost us 10 euros per day.

We could have been luckier with the room: we got the number one not far from the desk, next to the noise of people going to the common toilet, grabbing plates and talking late at night. We heard everything from the room. I guess that some rooms are really quiet behind and we just had some bad luck because the hotel was full at this time to have a quiet room as requested.
