wifi was spotty not strong but with so many guests using probably just slows the wifi . was able to use just had to sign in a few times. but got the price no complaints just fyi for those that may need strong wifi

visited area for local embassy and after traveling overnight arriving early morning we were able to check in early without previous plans. used booking.com on spot and checked in right after. is older building and older furniture but for the value and attentive nice staff would definitely stay again. we ordered meals through room service. Great food and economical prices

The building is old style but nice design. It needs renovation.

The stuff were very cooperative and did whatever I asked. I had to cancel my reservation 3 days earlier and although they were not obligated the returned my rest of money. I asked for microwave system to warm up my kid's milk and they provided it for me. The hotel has a generous management.

There were holes in the carpet and couch from cigarettes, the wifi was not good - it was very slow and disconnected often due to poor signal. The hotel is older than it looks in the pictures and the bathroom smelled like mildew, but it functioned well.

The breakfast was lovely, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were cleaned daily and well. The bed was very comfortable and there was a lot of storage space. The safe was useful and working for when out of the room. The location was next to a main street where it was easy to get food and groceries. If you get a room with a kitchen you have to ask for cooking things, and they bring it to you based on what you ask for.

There was a group of people who had a party up to 1:30 am. Perhaps it was not common.

tv wasn't work, the window was always open because clim system wasn't work at all, the room receive always the sun plainly goes inside the room was always hot so can't do something to avoid this as i said the clim system never work in this room. the home don't apart hotel, that is an hotel in my room i can''t do my kitchen myself because i have nating to do that ! and then i give that 2 stars hotel. in this category of hotel was expensive and the rooms always noisy one night i can't sleep to morning !!!

The hotel is old and needs e refurbishment. Wallpaper coming off, old carpets, leaking shower etc. The pictures are a bit deceiving and look nicer then it is.

The room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable and we had a good sleep. Staff were all super nice and helpful. The room served it's purpose

Air conditioning did not really work - it blew hot air. The shower was spilling water all over. Breakfast was nothing special - some cheese, eggs but choice was limited.

The hotel is close to many restaurants, our room was large and had a great view over Ankara. We liked the swimming pool - it was large and had a very refreshing water temperature. Parking outside the building.

Rooms needs to be upgraded and needs to be sound proof

Staff is awesome, very welcoming , even bellboy fixed my stove and be came my IT guy he was working hard..l had good memories..But for none smokers might be annoying to see cigarette burn on the rugs ..ventilation is low you can smell the food your upstairs neighbor cooking

Should facilitate a transportation or shuttle service to kisley square as u have to take a taxi of approx 150 Turkish lira (one way) if u want to go to the hub of shopping mall and restaurants of kizely

Location is calm, facilities are good, close to groceries, restaurants and medical store . A little away from city turbulence, here u can enjoy weather and walk in streets without hustle of traffic.
