The wifi wasn't reliable on higher floors, including the restaurant.

The view and location of our very comfortable room were ideal for exploring Ankara. The room was spacious and quiet with excellent hot water. The staff were very helpful and always responsive.

TV programs were only in Turkish language. It would have been nice to have english option or subtitles. The soap dispensers weren't functional.

Staff were professional, very nice and friendly and helped us during our stay and ensured we will be comfortable. in the first night there were some noise above my room which disturb me and when I asked the staff to change my room they happily helped me to change it which was a positive point. The room was clean and staff changed all the sheets and towels with my request and ensured we are happy with cleanliness. Also, as I was traveling in different day from rest of family they offered me to stay in the same room as I was with my family and does not need to change the room again which it was kind of them. During our stay, we need some help which the staff helped us a lot and we really appreciate them. There are few points which management may consider for improvement which includes providing airport shuttle service specially in arrival. Next point to consider is running the restaurant in Hotel for dinner time as we find out Ankara is not a very crowded city with tourism and everywhere will close around 9 pm :( Final point to consider for improvement can be the quality of the breakfast. Apart from that everything else was very good and I should say thank you to management and staff with their hard work and friendly attitude. Location was good with easy access to public transport.

It's on a busy road. But that can't be changed, so it's fine. That's it. Everything else was exceptional.

It is central to the city... I think. Great breakfast restaurant. Comfortable room. With lots of little things that made the stay easy. For example small shaving kit, toothbrush and toothpaste, tissues, and even shoe polish. 😊

The one drawback was that our room overlooked Istanbul Caddesi (a little noisy from the traffic when the window was open) and the new stadium being built. But it's not a big deal if the window is closed and by the way we enjoyed an incredible sunset from our room))

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel: a comfortable bed, a spacious room and bathroom, a great breakfast with lots of options on the roof top with a terrace, and very helpful and friendly staff. The location of the hotel is good by default - facing parks and close to the train station.
