Staff wants to sell additional services e.g. Tours when you arrive tired of travels and hot

Fine place nearby the city center. Rooms are fine and standard. Breakfast is fine and basic.

The bed need to be changed (i had a back pain) Rooms next to each others and can be heard easily (ear plugs needed) Breakfast was poor need to add more things (dose not need to be more expensive)

Nothing. Everything was good. Breakfast menu is limited, would be nice to have more options.

Location is perfect. Close to the metro and sea side, and walking distance from blue mosque, shops, bazaar. Many restaurants literally outside this hotel. Bed was very comfortable. Staff at reception was always helpful and friendly. They arranged a taxi for me to the airport. (no need to deal with scam taxi drivers) Room cleaning is available every day. My room was small but expected for the price I paid. I spent 3 nights at this hotel.

The family room is too small, not enough space for 4 people.

The stuff is very kind, attentive and welcoming. Breakfasts are quite various and good. The hotel is good choice for these money in case of 2-3 nights staying.

TV had just 3 channels. I called a few times...no one came. Hot water temperature kept fluctuating wildly during the shower.

Break fast was quite good. Lots of options for vegetarians were available.

The locality was not good. It was in a tiny alley. Felt a little bit unsafe. Rooms were much tinier than the pictures. There was also loud noises from the street coming in the hotel room at night.

I liked that is was affordable. Quality of the bedding and things in restroom was good. Water was hot in restroom. Staff was responsive. Breakfast quality and place were surprisingly nice.

May be the rooms could be a bit larger, Also the mattress I had in the double bed was not a double it was two single combined together and me and my husband found it uncomfortable and we had a single duvet instead of double

The property is far from pictures. The rooms are very small, the towels which were once white, now were gray ish..very old. The toilet was broken so at each 10/15 minutes it flush by itself, the sound wasn't pleasant at night. When we arrived it was so cold in the room that i freeze throughout the night, next night we've requested an extra blanket as you couldn't turn the heat on. Yes i enjoy air conditioning when outside is that hot, but i do not understand people that overdoing it and make it uncomfortable cold..because of the cold the bed linen felt like it was wet.. not very clean.

The stuff was very helpful with everything. We traveled in more locations of Turkey by car and we run into an issue and had to move the reservation for a night which they helped us with.
