The rooms as described are not like that. Some rooms heating system does not work and some rooms have no gas or electric stove as shown in the pictures.

we booked king suite which has a magnificent view that made us extend our stay , the location is perfect with many eateries and supermarkets just below the hotel, rooms are soundproof although being on a busy street not much noise , staff are helpful and house keeping is good. breakfast was good and water,turkish coffee and instant coffee available at reception for free all the time.

The breakfast was very thin in diversity. Just eggs cooked in water and no warm Turkish breakfast. No good coffee machine with coffee beans or something. No one had fixed filter coffee. And one sort of bread( white bread). More diversity in bread should be fine for such a hotel. It could have been more extensive.

The rooms and the big space in the king-size appartement. Good location, cleanliness. Good price ,quality ratio. The parking under the hotel and outside was also good and easy.

The gentleman in front office Mr.Faris was a amazing guy.Very good at English and caring man.He upgraded our room with small charge from standard room to a luxury and big suit.Very clean and comfortable suit .breakfast also was very good in an open area.

The air conditioning was not working in our room so they changed us to a suite the rooms where smaller , but they said its the same size which is not true, cleaning is very late not in the morning

Only pounts of improvements 1. The room lacked a cleaning card to hang on the door, causing us to go three days without cleaning service despite informing the reception on the second day. I recommend asking the reception for the card if not found. 2. The AC at the room doesn't work (only cold air) All these are only points of improvements. The stay was delightful and we had everything we needed

Not much to dislike. I would have rated the hotel excellent if it had had a swimming pool.

We were upgraded to a luxury suite with two bedrooms, a kitchen and a good bathroom. It was good value for money. Since we were only staying one night we didn't really have time to enjoy the facilities. The location was great as it was only a short drive to the cable cars by the lake.
