Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

TurkeyLocation is great a little away from the centre but if your looking for a chilled and serene time this hotel would be perfect for you. The room we stayed in was very spacious and comfortable. and it had an amazing view. The hotel interiors are like a museum a lot of effort and taste are put into the making of it surely. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very delicious. If you visit say hello to daisy the dog :) overall definitely recommended for a lovely stay. Ps, it would be easier to get by with a car.

United KingdomNothing. It was perfect.
Villa Asina was a unique place to stay, lovingly built, designed & decorated with a unique style & adorned with a collection of artefacts collected over 10 years. It had a huge eating area for breakfast, a terrace for outdoor dining and a great view of the ocean. It was a short taxi ride from the the centre of Datca.

NetherlandsWifi connection was bad. Some days we could not stay connected more than a minute. Some days it was better but still not a continuous connection.
The location, hospitality and cleanliness were all impeccable. They let us use the parasol for the beach during our stay and we received good recommendations about where to visit and what to do in Datca.

United States of AmericaA long drive getting to it on a winding road from Marmaris. Be prepared for slow traffic both ways. Not the hotel's fault, just a fact. Also, quite an arid environment with a lot of wind.
Beautiful, tranquil property located outside Datca. Very welcoming, efficient service. Excellent breakfast in the morning. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom with robes supplied. Private balcony with expansive water view. Very nice seating area in the lobby with additional seating around a charming pool. Access downhill to a protected swimming cove.

very clean, staff and the environment makes you feel like you’re home and not at a hotel. very kind and helpful personnel. amazingly good food, fish was one of the best in the peninsula. i wish we could eat more at the hotel, there is no menu but prices are not more than average, and even cheap for their high quality food. we really enjoyed staying at this hotel with my family.

United States of AmericaIt takes some time to get to town, about 25 minutes on foot. Taxis are aplenty and timely, so it doesn't have to be an issue. It's quiet and secluded, which is still a net positive.
Breakfast was great with a wide variety of standard Turkish breakfast items like white cheeses, olives, and eggs. The setting is amazing and the view stunning with a Greek island in the background.

GermanyThis Hotel is really a special place! It’s located a bit outside of Datça in a very quiet little village on a cliff, which is overlooking the ocean and the Greek islands of Nimos and Symi. The Hotel itself is absolutely impressive architecture-wise! It is really hard to describe it in detail, but it becomes clear from looking at the first pool picture that it’s not just a normal building. The entrance hall almost has a “museum vibe”, which is very exciting. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The selection of foods at the breakfast buffet is abundant and super tasty! You can reach the hotel beach by taking a few stairs down the cliff. It is a beautiful little beach in a small bay. Perfect for swimming and a bit of snorkelling. However if you stay there longer, I’d suggest to bring an umbrella since there’s no shadow spot! Sadly I couldn’t stay there more than one night. But I would love to return for a longer time.

Kazakhstanwe stayed only one night.
one of the best stays ever ! We arrived from Bodrum with the ferry boat late evening. Few days earlier the hotel asked what kind of dinner we prefer. Once we reached this property after a very delightful boat trip we were amazed with interior and kind welcome of the owner and the staff. There were so many pieces of decor telling a story of his travel adventures as well as local Datca life style. Dinner was served outside next to the pool with the view of the bay and the stars. We were offered a mix of startes and a seabass. It was accompanied with local Datca white wine which we found very special compared to other Turkish wines. The beach is only few steps away. only few people there. t is very private and hidden gem. we would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for hideaway holidays

Breakfast is great, variety and the quality is really high standard. Bulent Bey makes the dinner himself on request which gives a personal feeling to it. Also very well designed rooms and the whole hotel actually, with all kinds of antique cool stuff around. Staff is very friendly. Definitely try the tahini spread with pistachio for the breakfast! 👍

The beautiful view over the sea. The nice clean and soft beds. We slept like a baby. And Datça little harbour and the old town Eski are very nearby. Also a beautiful little, not crowded beach is 60 steps away from the hotel. The staff is really polite and nice. We will definitely come back again.

Switzerland- Very friendly staff, we felt very comfortable (we felt home the whole time) - Great location: close to Datca center (a few mins drive), close to Kargi Beach, and also close to a very nice secluded beach (2-3 mins walk - though it's rather steep with stairs, so might not be suitable for everyone) - Excellent dinner! The owner Mr. Bülent is also a gourmet chef. He prepared some amazing dinners for us - would definitely recommend having dinner there. - Nice pool area - Hotel is decorated very tastefully with lots of vintage objects (e.g. typewriters, old radios etc.)
