Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. I had an excellent stay in Erboy Hotel: it is conveniently located in the old town, Agia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Basilicia Cistern, Grand Bazaar, Galata Bridge all within walking distance. Tram stop around the corner. My room was good and clean. I had my lunch and dinner at the rooftop restaurant of the hotel where you have a great view on the Bosphorus. Food and drinks were good in the restaurant. Breakfast was also to my satisfaction. Enough to choose from. Compliments to the staff: they were always very friendly and helpful. Service is great! The whole hotel was maintained and kept clean very well.

I like absolutely everything in the hotel. it was clean, staff was very respectful, Dursun bey from the restaurant was extremely helpful and kind, breakfast was very delicious and rich. Rooms are very comfortable and large. No sound from next door rooms. it has a wonderful roof top restaurant on the terrace. It is really diffucult to find such a high-quality hotel in the central area for such an affordable price. I will definitely stay at this hotel during my next visit to Istanbul.

Egg types in breakfast can be improved by providing fried eggs, omelettes more than what they were providing.
This hotel exceeded our expectations by providing such a high level of cleanliness, with staff always happy to support and available and best location near enough to public transport and far enough not to have noise of transport.

The hotel is really good and the staff were helpful. Especially thank you to Beyza and Dursun in the restaurant during breakfast they were friendly and helpful always. Also reception team was helping us with all questions and requests. Location is perfect near to tram station and walking distance to most popular attractions.

Great hotel with a nice location. Staff is very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We had a big clean room. It was quiet which was great for our baby’s sleep. Location is good, everything is close by - tram and metro, stops, Bosporus, sightseeing places, restaurants.

They don’t have a iron in the hotel.
It’s about the location it is really closer to most of the attractions. Since metro station is 2 mins a way all the other places can be accessed really easily. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel in a great, central location. All of the staff were really nice and very helpful especially Dursun and his colleagues at breakfast. Reception always manned and answered the phone immediately and gave us their help and assistance with every request.

The breakfast needed a bit more variety it was the same nearly every day
