Seagulls in the pool … ugh ! Pool staff seemed half asleep

Breakfast was excellent . Staff amazing , selection First class. We ate dinner twice , Turkish restaurant was good , main restaurant too bland . The sister hotel in the city had a much much better dinner menu

Wine is overly expensive, which meant we didn’t drink as much of it! Pool area should serve some potato chips in addition to nuts with drinks (other Four Seasons do this), and sometimes we didn’t get any nuts. These are minor points, but all contribute to the experience

The only negative part is most of the services was to be paid. I paid 2000 euros for a weekend trip and had to add another 1000 euro just for food, spa, drinks etc. I think it would be better if they charge everything prior to your visit and keep the rest for free as it's kinda annoying to tell your room number for every little service. I believe they can improve this part.

It's a luxury hotel directly with an incredible view of Bosphorus. The staff was extremely kind, accompanying me to my room and being very helpful. The food was incredible, the room was luxurious and spa/pool/restaurant etc. were great. If you want to feel special and have the luxurious feeling, this hotel is great.

The room, comfort and luxury, was quite spacious and provided a delightful view of the hotel's charming entrance garden. What made my stay truly remarkable, however, was the hotel's exceptional staff. I had the privilege of being attended to by Regie, the guest experience agent, whose professionalism and dedication were unparalleled. Her prompt responsiveness via text was a real convenience, freeing me from having to call the reception each time I needed assistance. This personalized care, even when I was away from the hotel, left me feeling valued and well looked after. A special mention goes to Kader, a delightful greeter at the hotel's outdoor restaurant. Her friendly and caring demeanor made dining at the restaurant an absolute joy. Kader's attentive service brought a whole new level of excellence to my experience, reinforcing the sense of warmth and hospitality that the hotel exudes. Thanks to Regie, Kader, and the rest of the hotel staff, my visit was transformed into a journey of exquisite service and hospitality. My heartfelt thanks to both of them for making my stay truly memorable.

The only thing we didnt like was that the pool was under mantainance and we couldn't use it which didnt justify the price we paid for the room.

The area was nice and near transport facilities. The hotel staff were amazing and the breakfast out of this world!
