Lunch & dinner not so good. I would say this hotel should by on a 70£ per night even in August. Air-conditioning units too old

Hotel itself is located on a very steep hill, so may not be suitable for people with mobility problems. Pool area tends to start blasting Middle Eastern pop music through their speakers from right after breakfast finishes through until evening time. Some music playing is fine but there was no need for it to be so loud in my opinion.

Nice and comfortable hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel is kept very clean and the pool is a good decent size. Pool water is very clean and there is a small bar area attached which is nice. Thankfully the hotel wasn't overly busy when I visited so it was always easy to get a sun lounger. You could order food from the restaurant at any time which was very handy.

The pool closed early, that was weird for such a warm season.

Aircon could be colder, I was roasting at night time. The hill walk is a killer but nothing can be done about that. Showers could do with some updating, the shower head holder didn’t hold the shower head properly.

The pool and sea view is lovely, the place is very clean and the rooms are kept clean.

Breakfast is not self-service. It is not diverse. The pool is only open until 20:00h.

The Hotel had very nice location near to Marina and not far away from down town But the Hotel really need a renovations also the water in the bathroom had an bad smell and bad test and color yellow ..

Food was horrible,,.staff knew nothing when you asked anything about the hotel like food etc,, if a stains was on sheets or towels like tan they where charging 6.50euro ,, would not recommend to anyone to book in here

Everything was great

Everything in the hotel was great - the location, proximity to the sea, helpful staff, delicious breakfasts, and a wonderful pool that we didn't want to leave. We also booked an excursion to the city of Samos through the hotel, and although there was a small issue with the transfer, they quickly came to our aid. In short, we were very satisfied with our stay and want to thank the staff for the wonderful days. We didn't want to leave.

The hotel was old. Moquette on floors quite dusty. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. AC was working but very old model. Door opening system was not working and had to ask maintenance staff to fix 4 times. And after fixing and few hours later, problem happened again. In the morning, water was cold also in the shower. No way! Even after 10 minutes of hot water open, was still cold. Need definitely 2 star less and a renovation. Staff really kind and helpful.

misleading/false photos in the room selection. AC is old (not like on the photos), and noisy - we had to sleep with opened windows and it’s a bit noisy on the streets. doors to the room are made of paper: all talks in the corridor are like inside the room. I had to ask kids to “ talk” inside their rooms, not in front of my door at 2am. Bed linens with holes (fixed holes!), carpeted floor is not cleaned properly, it was very dusty in room when we arrived. strange habit to use strong smelling products to cover smells. water is slightly salty. one could say, lira is doing bad, but they charge in euros… so sorry, no excuse for no renovation and false info in the booking
