There is really nothing we didn’t like!

We would absolutely stay here again if we’re back in Cappadocia. The staff was very friendly and attentive, the breakfasts and dinners were delicious and affordable, and the rooms were so welcoming and comfortable.

The only issue we had: It was really hot and the cave room has no ventilation. Since we had a family cave room, it was like a 2BHK apartment, and the AC was only in the living room. Due to this, the rooms were quite hot. They were helpful and shared one fan for one room. For the other room, we woke up sweating in the morning. Please add AC in the rooms because it is simply not sufficient.

Amazing staff, very helpful. They arranged everything for us. Room was beautiful. Breakfast was amazing, they even packed a box for our travel.

I would suggest have 2 ACs in Superior Family Suite. We visited in August and it was hot. Otherwise, we enjoyed the lovely stay

Hezen Cave Hotel is a slice of heaven. Unbeatable views. Beautiful hotel, super helpful staff. We especially appreciate our driver Tahir. Courteous, friendly, and very warm (plus a great driver). We hope to return as 2.5 days was not enough.

we booked for three nights having found and chosen this property for its design and features. it is an enchanting place, all to be discovered in its particularities and in its corners. the rooms are obtained from the rock and tastefully furnished, the Arab-style bathrooms are a pleasure experience.

Everything was perfect! Staff was super helpful and friendly. Environment, atmosphere, decorations etc. were great! Breakfast was very well and delicious. We felt like at home :) We will absolutely go again and this time will stay longer to enjoy the hotel and Cappadocia further (3 nights were not enough for us).

We had a wonderful and unforgettable stay at Hezen Cave Hotel with many beautiful experiences. From the hotel management to the staff, there was a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made the stay complete. Everything from recommendations to organising excursions was taken care of. The hotel's own shuttle bus and its local driver showed us everything in detail, explained everything worth knowing and answered our questions competently, and was also very patient when we needed a little longer for certain sights. The room was very well cleaned, tidied and refilled with fresh drinks every day. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend this hotel!

The only thing I could think of might be the limited dinner options but not a problem if you plan to eat outside

Honestly, I can’t fault this hotel!

I can’t fault this hotel! We had the most incredible stay. The views are breath taking. Not to mention the most luxurious rooms built into the caves. All I can say is wow. The hotel staff are so accomodating they even packed us lunch on the day we were checking out as we would miss breakfast. I will definitely be back again! and will definitely be recommending this hotel to all my friends and family. 10/10!

Everything was great from the location, the warm hospitality and great food. Only 1 recommendation: Have more or brighter lighting, especially for the evening and nighttime.

The staff were so kind, generous, and caring. We were really touched by the warm hospitality and the way everyone went out of their way to make us comfortable. Mr Mohammed, the general manager, welcomed us us with such warmth and kindness. He even sat us down and shared tips and information on touring the area, shared some of the history, and answered all our questions with great eagerness and patience.

love the cave hotel, really nice view, very beautiful room with wonderful beds , decoration and super comfy bathroom. staff were above and beyond to contact our tour guide and car transfers. Comunication was excellent since our reservation. breakfast was excellent and included in the price. it is a beautiful area filled with activities to do. I would come back to this beautiful hotel any time!

Our room wifi has no signal but you can always use wifi at the common area.

Nice and cozy sitting area to enjoy the view. Spacious room for our family room. Tasty breakfast. Staff was really helpful to advise on the visiting area nearby. Love the amenities inside the room. Grapes serve during breakfast was home grown.
