The only downfall was having to get up at 5.30 every morning just to get a semi decent spot on the front row of the main pool and there’s probably about 200 beds at the front of the pool, staff need to do a walk around at 7am and remove any towels that are unattended

The only thing that could be improved is the AC in the room; it wasn't strong enough. We informed the hotel's staff that the AC wasn't working as expected, and they sent a technician to check it the same day and said it is working fine. Still, the temperature in our room was higher than what we would have liked. Other than the AC issue, everything was perfect. We would love to come back.

We had a great time. Entertainment was very good, the food was excellent, and the pools and facilities were top-notch!

Generally the staff members were super friendly, especially Yaman the "spa-man". He was full of energy and positive vibes! The watersport staff are a little moody bar the guy on the go pro. He was friendly. There was one member of staff at reception who was incredibly unfriendly and unapproachable! Really not ideal to have him on the front desk where it is your first point of contact. I can't remember his name but was a male with glasses. He wasn't very helpful either so I would not approach him! The entertainment in the evening was a little disappointing. It was mostly singing or quizzes and not much for the older children. The timing of the food buffet are also off so make sure you get up for breakfast on time. The open the food service at the pool late and close early.

The hotel is located right by mountains, you get some spectacular views. It is only 20mins from dalaman airport. The hotels is clean and there is sooooo much to do. There is never a quiet moment and it is probably the best hotel to stay for families. I went with my 2 children and they had the best time. There are lots of water sports and boat trips to a beautiful island. The food was amazing, there is so much choice and variety and a kids menu too! There literally is no need to leave the hotel because you have everything in one place. There are shops and an arcade too to enjoy. A spa, really recommend the spa! The Hammam, facial and massage experience was amazing!

The staff are great and the facilities and food excellent. We were pleasantly surprised that although alcohol was available, it was not too obvious. The place is focused squarely on British tourists but there were no drunken excesses and the place felt safe for our kids (as well as hugely entertaining 24/7) throughout.

The Evening entertainment is a big let down at the hotel. We have stayed here 7 times now but unfortunately won't return. It's all aimed at small children. The standard of food has fallen this year too. Still plenty choice but often the same things each night

- “Double” bed is two singles pushed together. As a result, the power sockets are located right above your head, which is dangerous if you co-sleep with your baby. - Repellent is a must as there are mosquitoes in the evenings. - A bigger selection of plain salt- and sugar free boiled food suitable for babies would be lovely. We didn’t regret taking baby food pouches with us. - The beach is empty and boring and is not really suitable for babies/toddlers. - Like I said, the hotel is all about kids, and is probably not the best option for a romantic getaway.

- The pools are amazing. They are all shapes and sizes, clean, crystal clear and warm. Probably the biggest pools I have seen in the hotels. - Very big selection of food. Yes, there’s lots of typical British food (burgers, chips, nuggets) but plenty of other options as well, including lots of fruit and vegetables. - It’s a paradise for kids. So much entertainment for them throughout the day! - The sea is clean and clear, calmer during the first half of the day and rougher later on. Water in June was refreshing and nice to swim in. - Large beautiful territory of the hotel, very clean and well maintained. - Brilliant personnel. Everyone was very helpful, nice to us and hardworking.

Second visit.. on arrival was wellcomed from the lovely staff on reception who also arranged food for my son in the room. My son is autistic Armaan is and I was worried,But all went smoothly. Met the beautiful kind lady Esra, definitely taking her a gift next time…in the restaurant she is absolutely amazing women she ran around helping everyone her and her manger he was lovely too, in fact all the bar staff and restaurant staff are amazing. I made so many friends there, shame it’s fully booked for August or I would come back. Kids club and entertainment team omg wow no words! They all new my son was autistic and asked if I will need additional staff to help him, the team took care of him so well I was so relaxed and felt like home, the entertainment team was lovely with him knowing he has autism they was so gentle when he kept running on the stage, this is what we need brits.. thank you all from the bottom of my heart ❤️

The hotel and surroundings are stunning. We loved the amount of family activities especially aerobasket ball, rounders, tennis, football, water polo, archery and pool side games . The children's workers were amazing, friendly , enthusiastic .A big shout out too Jordan, Dan, Deirdre, Casey , Jacob, Meg, Emma and Finn The food was top quality . The selection was unbelievable. The waiters and waitresses were great.

Although food rotated daily it would've been nice to have more local variety and I'm probably just nit-picking but rooms weren't cleaned properly daily (ie bins emptied or hair/dust removed from the floor)

The location,it was about 30 mins walk to the town, so anyone who is bot great on their feet for long this would not suit. Taxis were 200tl each journey & there was no dolmus bus aerving the hotel.

Very clean & safe. I travelled alone with 2 childre. Good selection offood. I stayed from 4th may for 1 week, by the end of our week hotel was getting very busy so i would imagine in peak time very busyfor restaurants, bars & sunloungers
