The kids outdoor pool should've opened when the weather got sunny or it can be heated.

Everything was up to the mark, only I tried twice but couldn't get a reservation for the Ala cart.

There is no iron available in the room. Hostel does offer an ironing service but there is a charge. Also if you lose your check-in wrist band you need to a deposit of 100 euro to get a new one.

I recommend this hotel for families. The staff of the hotel was nice which made our stay special. Only 25 minutes away from the airport. Food and all other services were spot on.

There's nothing not to like everything was amazing in me and my families opinion we didn't have no issue or problem while staying there.

This hotel caters for all.. it has amazing food variety also a bar serving food all night till 6am. Amazing kids club and events. There is good available buffet style right by the beach and their chicken doner stall is a must try. I would definitely recommend.

Meal times were a little hectic, even out of season.

Fabulous hotel, immaculate and staff very friendly. The room was huge and bed was very comfortable. Easy parking in the hotel car park. Indoor and outdoor heated pools out of season. Fabulous food and a huge choice to suit the majority of tastes.

It would have been nice to have things explained a bit more upon arrival by the reception staff eg timings of food and what is and isn’t available in terms of facilities. How to book a la carte restaurants - this wasn’t explained and kiosks were not open.

Just returned from my break at this stunning hotel. It is beautiful one of, if not the best hotel along the Antalya strip. Everything was hassle free, staff are all pretty amazing and go out of their way for your every need, the location is brilliant and close to most places you’ll have on your itinerary. Hamam and spa treatments were amazing, I tired a few and highly recommend the cleopatra massage. My friend John Travolta from the spa was fantastic in arranging all this and explained everything in good detail. The food is exquisite and is always being changed so variety is up there! The cleaners are all prompt abd ever so friendly. A very pleasant stay and I will be back here for sure!

The shop downstairs that sells all bits of general things from nappies, to toothpaste to kids swimming stuff is a rip off! If you have time, outside the hotel across the road or take a left is everything on your doorstep.

I stayed here with my family between the dates of 28th August till 2nd September 2023. I had with me a 1 Year old and 6 year old. I booked this last minute with some research. As long as there was a water park and beach for the kids, then I was happy..The flight was delayed 3 hrs due to the air traffic control fiasco in London. Upon hotel arrival & leaving - amazing. The hotel is massive. The main reception and seating area is spectacular and large. The lifts are constant. There is a midnight till 7am snack bar in the basement, which I ended up using on the first day of arrival as we arrived 2am and kids wide awake. The all inclusive that I paid was definitely value for money. The kids are constantly snacking throughput the day with drinks too. The waiters never allow anyone not to have a drink. The pools and water park both kids and adults are great. My little ones loved it and that's where we spent most of our time. The room was good.. clean, large and spacious with good air con..generally quiet from the noise. The main bit I really enjoyed was the food. The breakfast and dinner hall is enormous, a huge selection of food. My wife was so confused that you selected odd combinations. The food quality for a large scale buffet was good quality. I can only give this hotel superlatives. This place is genuinely perfect for kids and families - clean, large and animation shows in the evening are just as good..the kids club also very attentive. I can go on and on but the price I paid £2000 for 5 nights at this hotel was worth it.

Room allocation is a problem. They always give you bad rooms if you don’t take the upgrade offer during the checkin. Then you either have to tip them or pay for upgrade go get normal rooms.

The lobby is big and lot of places out there, sunbeds are available and never had a problem finding one. The staff on the pool are great and helps a lot. The chocolate bar is amazing, Gala night dinner is great outstanding and amazin

It was a little bit noisy in the rooms, music was loud - but people were having fun!

Everything: the amazing amenities, the variety of activities, the abundance of food, the perfect room size, the beautiful view from the balcony, staff’s willingness to assist you. Heaven on Earth for a family holiday!

you have to go down 9 o’clock of the morning to book your à la cart restaurant for the following day. I went to the Spanish one evening and the Chinese a following evening. I did not find the food down in the à la carte restaurant to a high enough standard as the food you have served upstairs in the main restaurants very disappointed.

Property was located in a good location facilities where very good pools and beachfront were kept tidy. Plenty to eat and drink.
