Bathroom needed more attention - there was mould around the shower and still stickers left on the toilet bowl.

Tip is included in the check but a server told me that none of it goes to him. I am unsure if he meant that it’s shared or was being dishonest but either way, I didn’t know what to do with that information

The staff was down to earth and friendly. The breakfast was extensive, the beach area was great and noticeably better than some neighboring hotels. I also enjoyed the hookah. The beach menu was fair

Drinks were too expensive, and you had to pay for bottled water in your room. Flies at breakfast a definite no no. Way too many of them.

Great location, the staff were fantastic. We loved the facilities. However, the spa was not open. They had great music playing with real musicians who set an ambient atmosphere. It was great! We loved it and will definitely be back. Breakfast was OK, but more needs to be done to keep flies away from the food that was really off-putting. We really enjoyed ourselves. Lovely people lovely vibes. Rooms were also great with lovely deco and accessories. Great for the younger generation as well as the 50's folk. It was literally on the beach, too, with lounge chairs provided. Cocktails were nice but very weak. They were way too expensive for what was served. Overall we had a lovely stay ☺️

It was too expensive compared to other places. The breakfast buffet lacked variety. The bathroom had no fan, and the shower often had problems. The price was like an all-inclusive hotel, but the service was only 3-star.

Breakfast was very poor, we stayed 11 nights and it was same every day, also don’t recommend to take half board stay if you stay longer then 5 days Very loud music in the beach which was annoying for us , if you are young groups maybe you will love it the rooms are not cozy, very simple, I didn’t want to be there often, but maybe it's because I'm used to a different level of hotels and this time we stayed in this area and were a little upset. we wanted to take the money on the first day and go to another hotel, but the hotel did not allow us return the money but the cleanliness and the staff made up for it

The electricity & water kept switching off.

Loved it. Very clean and trendy looking. Staff were friendly, located directly on the beach and within 5 minute walk to Gumbet shops and restaurants and bars.

The staff at the restaurant/beach area are not the friendliest, they seem quite unbothered, tired, and fed up. The only very friendly person was i believed the manager of the restaurant area; and he was always smiling and happy to talk to us. But in general the service is not that good. There were even moments that we ordered bread for example and the waiter didn’t even bother to remember to bring it. Cases like this happened quite often. I also asked for a food item to be sent to my room and the front desk was very confused and overwhelmed with my request and said they’ll let me know. after 10 minutes, I called again and asked if they put the order in place. but instead they asked for me to wait for someone to come to my room in 20-25 minutes to take my request, which is of course way too long. In the end, I had to go the restaurant and order it, put it on a tray and take it to my room. I assumed after this encounter that room service is not a thing there. I’m not sure, but better and clearer communication would be appreciated. The rooms are also not very sound proof etc, so you can often hear a lot of conversations going on around the place. Although, when I complained of a noisy neighbour at 3-4am, the hotel front desk immediately assisted the situation which I appreciate. But in general, you might need ear plugs if you are sensitive to sounds. Although the music is good, it is also very loud, even if there isn’t a crowd. Sometimes I craved to just lay on the beach in silence, but of course it is a beach club and there will generally be loud music; even if there isn’t always a big crowd there. If you don’t mind this, then it’s perfect for you.

It is a new hotel; so they are trying their best to be innovative, set up a lot of events etc. and it was nice to be a part of that! we attended their “full moon party”, and it was really cool. We would’ve also attended their “pink party”, but we were leaving on this day. The aesthetic of the beach club is a very beautiful mixture of many different cultures around the world. The rooms are also very beautifully decorated. The food options can be pricey, but very delicious. I recommend the penne arrabiatta, spaghetti bolognese and the beef doner wrap. I ordered some items f online to the hotel, and the front desk was very understanding of it, which I appreciated! The DJ/music options are very good! I enjoyed it a lot.

From day one we had problems in the room: The AC was licking and wet all my clothes, they wanted to charge us twice at the beach, plus paying the sunbeds, even thought we were guest in house. We called 3 times for teeth brush, and no one came, we had to go to the reception to ask for it. No shower gel as well in the room on the day we check in. Second day, the service also isn’t up to standards, they don’t treat you as a guest, and when you want to make a request to the restaurant manager, he tells you that you need to gain the staff confidence to get what you want, what does it mean? They charge us the expresso at the breakfast that is included in the room. Nothing on the breakfast buffet is labeled, no food names, no allergies. When they clean the room, they don’t change the bedsheet. We left the dirty towels and on the room terrace, and they put it back in the bathroom. The pool is dirty. At the restaurant, I ordered beet and goat cheese salad and it comes without the beets. My husband ordered a squid ink pasta, and the pasta came white. They charge you drinks on the beach that you didn’t take. It’s a tourist trap and they just want to get the people money, they don’t care about guest experience and customer service. I do not recommend this hotel, it is not a 4 stars. The pictures are nice but the hotel and the people inside and isn’t. No one works genuinely.

Initially pillows were hard and towels were not clean. However, they immidiately changed upon our request.

The ambiance was amazing with the local theme and detail oriented. Comfortable with all amenities included. Private beach with a scenic view. Very well decorated beach. The cafe was situated facing the beach. Easy access to the local mini bus (that passes by every 10 min). Outclass safety. Friendly neighbourhood. Close to local cafes. Amazing and delicious breakfast with a good variety of food. Miss. Feride at reception helped us settle down in the room herself. She was a beautiful lady with such a humble personality. Mr. Faruk at the cafe was very welcoming and took care of our needs. He kept coming to us and asked if we needed anything. We loved the overall stay here and would highly recommend it to others.

Dirty premisses, resort in urgent need of maintenance and repairs, flyes in the food at breakfast; dirty mattress with no any protection; not cotton sheets at all, broken coffee machine; must pay for fried eggs at breakfast; toilet with running water for 24 hours; room smaller than we paid for…no seaview at all

Dirty premisses with dirty mattress, flees in bed toilet with running water for 24 hours that we ask many many times to fixed but no one appeared to repair, as well the broken lock main door as well the balcony door. Breakfast very poor, if we ask for fried eggs or omelette we need to pay extra, as well as expresso coffee or any other food that is normal in a buffet breakfast to have.

Both my sister and I got food poisoning (and disgnosed gastroenteritis) from the hotel restaurant. They did give us a discount off our final tab, but that doesn't really make up for having spent 5 days of our weeks holiday in the hotel room on the toilet! The pool is alot smaller than it looks in the photos and at the weekend, the beach bar is overrun by outside guests and it's difficult to get a sun lounger - a bit frustrating as a paying hotel guest! The breakfast was a bit disappointing, in that you weren't able to get your own drinks - you had to wait to be served a trolley of limited choices.

The rooms are clean, the showers are good and the bed is comfy! The staff were accommodating and sitting on the beach front jetty having dinner was lovely!
