THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH This family run hotel is in a superb location. It’s tired but room was really clean, bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had everything I needed and there was fridge, AC and a lift - fabulous! The location was a buzz, easy and safe to walk around with train and tram close by. The sins spoke English and were so supportive and lots of fun. I required an extra night stay and had to hand around all day waiting for news of my flight to Abu Dhabi after Qatar was bombed and they went beyond kind to help me, support with foods,drinks but more importantly, laughter and chats!

Location is great for access to restaurants and transport. The street is a bit small. Few minutes you are in a nice neighbourhood with a good marketplace. Room was clean and comfortable Staff were excellent. I thought the breakfast is at 6 but it was at 7. I was happy that they set it up in few minutes and made omlette before the start time. This I have not seen anywhere. Thanks for making my stay excellent

The facility seemed a bit old. It was quite noticeable in the bathroom and sinks. The air conditioner was dripping some water. I realised at late at night, so I only complained in the morning while checking out, and he promised to work on it. So hopefully it won't be a problem at all. Also, since I shared a bathroom window with an adjoining room, there was some smoke permeating into my room despite shutting the windows that led outside. It's not the fault of the hotel but definitely something to look out for if you're a non-smoker.

The staff was friendly and very welcoming. He made sure to give me cold water for all the summer heat despite having stocked the room with bottles of water already. He also called a taxi for me when I was leaving for the bus station. He made sure the taxi had card payment and also was not a scam or rip off like some of the ones I've experienced in other parts of Türkiye. The location was good for the nightlife of Izmir. It was also close to the pier, so it made for a nice walk on a summer evening. It's a bit of a long walk from the touristy parts of Izmir that lots of people know, such as the historical elevator. The breakfast was also good. It was satisfactorily clean. For me, a highlight was that the temperature of the shower was easy to control, and the pressure was perfect.

The entrance looks dark and you wonder where you ended up in. Yet the people are very kind.

The hotel may not look inviting upon entry, but the owner and his family are. The rooms are nice and right at the center of the nightlife district. I really enjoyed it after a few days. Very kind people and a great location.

For this price today's condition of hotel is okay, but could be better) Old design, hotel needs renovation with good hands)) On the walls with new paint I can see how in rush painters were :D Add some nice decor, correct some imperfections and hotel will be on the higher level) Also check please conditioners, our was unpredictable one)

Location is EXCELLENT with restaurants, Cafe n shops pretty much on doorstep. It's tucked away from the main street so it's relatively quiet. Room is clean but not much room for two luggages. Room needs hooks to hang winter coats, towels etc. I also saw astray in Room. Would be nice if they are non smoking rooms. Also told owner to avoid having smokers stand outside hotel as the smoke was sucked into my 1st floor room when I had windows opened. He took it well. Ordered taxi for me for the airport. Free car service from airport. Thank you for your kind hospitality.
