The room was a little dated. The decor could do with a refresh and the bathroom good do with a refurb. However the bed was comfy, the shower was good, and the room was spacious. The general upkeep of the hotel could be improved- there were lots of used cups/glasses left lying around with no one clearing up. It just made some parts of the hotel looked messy.

The food was consistently good- there is plenty of selection to choose from. The evening entertainment was also good.

Located top of the mountain, it will be difficult for older person to climb up to hotel and rooms are doted around the hills

Hotel is definitely not a 4*, we was in the annex which had no wifi, food was horrible our air con kept breaking so has to ask to be moved rooms at 2am due to the heat. Hotel was tired and in need of refurbishment. It was at the top of huge hill and a good 40 minute walk from the centre of marmaris. Cocktails tasted like weak cordial juice. Would not recommend.

Everything.. the rooms are old, unclean. Facilities are very poor, no hot water, drain was clogged, no wifi in rooms and very poor wifi just in lobby, Just one staff for checkin even in busy hours, we got the room 3 hrs late. Room service is pathetic. TV is tiny and channels are not even clear. For the amount we paid, its not even worth a single star.

Nothing really to like about this property. One of the worst hotels i have stayed in. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Great staff, especially in the main restaurant. Although some didn't even bother to say good morning or at least nod to notice approaching guests. The rest of the staff was great. Taking extra care for our little baby girl. Food was also fantastic.

There is no enough house keeping in the hotel, only one woman that it is hard to do all the rooms, and she wasn’t cleaning the room.. she was tired, they should employ more people for housekeeping

The entertainment team Coco they was the best in this hotel, specially Mr Gökhan Değer ,Mr. Danny Onur, Mr Can Solmaz and Ms Gizem many thanks to them because of you our holiday was beautiful. And in the restaurant the best team was Ibrahim bey, Hüssen bey ve Berat bey we loved them so mush the are the best thank you so much 🫶🏻

location on steep hill not ideal for family,beds uncomfortable, one plug in whole property, no kettle or iron, no hot water. It was hard to find a clean cup at breakfast lunch or dinner so bad I caught a throat infection. Everything tasted watered down.

We were committed for a family room but family section was not operational till now as per hotel staff . The hotel should have informed us before hand about this . They gave us two rooms in the main building but still we wanted family room so this was the down side Food could have tasted better with a little more variety . Iron wasn’t provided . Beds should be more comfortable

Location was excellent and white cottages are very beautiful . It gives you a Santorini kind of feeling .

I never leave negative review for any hotel but this hotel made my holiday so depressing . We stayed here for 3 nights . This property was rated as 4 star on booking.com but it’s no where near 4 star in fact I wouldn’t rate 2 star . Room was ok . Safe didn’t work , fridge didn’t work ( May be there was charge for using them ) . In bathroom there was no shower curtain . Balcony was a joke … tiny and can only fit one chair . We stayed 3 nights but our room wasn’t cleaned once . Only on 2nd day cleaner came and change the towels but not cleaned the room . Food is poor quality and not much choice spl for vegetarians . There was live bees in the Jam and honey ( disgusting ) . There was no wifi in the room and only available in lobby but even there it didn’t work most time . Lobby was dark and depressing . Reception staff was helpful . I would never return to this property even if I get a free room . The amount we paid it wasn’t worth at all . I wouldn’t recommend this property at all . In fact my advice will be DO NOT BOOK THIS hotel unless you want to ruin your holiday as this property ruin half of our holiday . I hated every minute I stayed in this hotel .
