We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.

All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.

IrelandFrom the beginning to the end of our stay, we were embraced with a warm welcome and top-class service. The facilities in the hotel were great, including the pool, the thermal suite, gym, the seaside room view, complimentary drinks on arrival and music at night. It was really quiet as it was ''off-season'' so we felt we were even more relaxed and well looked after. We travelled in November and still used the pool most days. The breakfast and lunch were excellent. Although there was a steep walk back up the hill to the hotel, we walked to the main area every day and evening. Excellent hotel, would return in the future. Great location for Winter Sunshine.

United KingdomThe food and drinks, particularly the wine, were a bit expensive for what it was, like 50gbp for a bottle of average wine (local).
The property is very pretty and clean, location is pretty good, just need taxi on the way back as it’s on a big hill.

United KingdomThe only lowlight was that the Spa was always booked in the mornings and evenings and we didn’t have the chance to visit it in four days.
Me and my husband were stunned by our stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Daula, Ahmet and Gunsu from the reception, they solved all problems quickly and always were open to help out. The hotel has an amazing view, one of the best I’ve seen in all of the hotels I visited. We enjoyed the delicious food in the hotel restaurant and we didn’t want to leave the hotel for meals since they were so good. In a few words, I really recommend the hotel and if to visit Bodrum ever again, it will be my first choice.

United StatesOther than the fact that the pool wasn't warm enough to truly enjoy because of the time of year that we stayed (not their fault!) I can't think of a single thing that we didn't like. This is a world class hotel in every way and we were thrilled to be there.
Where to even begin with this magnificent hotel. I should start by saying that they met and exceeded most of I and my wife's expectations and where I wouldn't rate something as "magnificent" I'd rate it exceptional or great. Pictures online show the beauty of this place and that was why I chose this location for my (now) wife and I to get married, but when you are there it's even more breathtaking. To begin, the staff is just amazing, caring and made my wife feel like the princess that she is. Reception was incredible and exceeded every expectation I had for them. They were courteous and respectful and extremely professional. I apologize if I misspell their names but two members of the front desk staff really stood out - Damla and the manager Gokhan. Even before I mentioned that we would be marrying in a private ceremony and hiring a photographer these two amazing people made us feel so special. After I mentioned this, they went above and beyond anything I'd have expected. They upgraded our room to a romantic corner suite with a hot tub and decorated it with balloons, tea lights and flower petals. They even printed out a cute little paper congratulating us on our marriage. These two individuals gave us lifelong memories we will cherish forever. The breakfast service was just amazing. My goodness, what a special way to start each day, sitting and watching the town come to life below us, the sun rising and playing upon the waters of the sea. The buffet was delicious, world class and made us feel like royalty. A special thank you to Ali on the breakfast staff who knew each day what we wanted even before we asked, he was extremely professional, prompt and kind and we just loved him! The first room, even before the upgrade was absolutely beautiful, the second was beyond anything I'd have expected. Clean, fresh, zero noise from outside or neighboring rooms. The bed was cozy and provided us great rest.

United KingdomSuch a small point but the pool isn’t heated so it’s pretty cold!!
I loved the view every day whilst you sunbathe. The staff went out of their way constantly to make you feel special and happy! Some of the reception staff had great recommendations. As we visited out of season, the standard beach access/shuttle wasn’t available in their sister hotel however they had a deal with Casa Nonna where we could use their beach facilities for a discounted price (minimum spend). That was also really nice. Breakfast every morning was lovely - as well as the buffet style breakfast, you can also order eggs or pancakes done any way you like. You can also ask for most types of hot drinks and water. Again, you can’t beat going down for breakfast and getting to eat with that view! The spa and gym facilities were great - clean sauna and steam room, lots of different machines and free weights at the gym. There’s even a platform outside overlooking Bodrum where you can do some stretches/yoga. Open till late! Really easy walk down into central Bodrum - there’s a steep hill going back to the hotel but the taxi to get back is the minimum fare which is 100 Turkish lira. Oh and finally, dinner at Tuti was amazing!! Food was absolutely gorgeous.

United KingdomNot much really…the only thing I would say was that the bar prices seemed pretty steep. £10 for two tonic waters, £14 for a glass of wine… it actually put us off eating dinner in their restaurant… which feels like it defeats the object somehow.
Brilliant hotel, very sleek and comfortable. The highlight were the excellent staff from the guys at breakfast to the superlative front of house team, especially Ahmet and gunshan (hope I’ve spelt that correctly)… The location overlooking bodrum bay has positive and negative elements… the views are amazing… but there is a very busy main road to cross to reach downtown.. easier to take a taxi TBH, and it didn’t spoil it for us.

United KingdomWe generally like to eat outside the hotel, however, as the view from the restaurant was so spectacular, we decided to eat there on evening. We chose the day we'd do this and asked about booking a "nice table". We were told there was no need as the hotel was nowhere near full so we'd easily get a good table. However, when we arrived at the restautrant we were told that all the tables with the best views had been reserved so had to sit at a side table meaning one of us had to sit with their back to the view looking at the pool. I was very disappointed as having been told there was no need to book I had assumed tables would be allocated on a 'first come first served' basis. I should have been told it was possible and sensible to reserve a table if we wanted a view. Also the restaurant was very expensive and the food not as good as much cheaper restaurants in town.
The view was amazing and the room was lovely and very comfortable. The pool was area was wonderful. The sun loungers were comfortable and the pool was never crowded, however, I suspect if the hotel was full there would not be enough sun loungers for the number of guests. Having said that, we never had a problem, but we were there off season.

AustraliaThe hotel looks like it was built in perhaps the 1990s and is starting to look its age in places, particularly the bathrooms. Some refurbishment wouldn’t go astray. The same menu is on offer for lunch and dinner in the restaurant, as well as room service. We didn’t eat there for dinner because of that.
We booked a corner sea view suite. The first room we were given (in which we stayed one night, room 1735) was on the ground floor and opened onto the garden terrace. The view was slightly blocked by the garden, however the main problem was noise from the very heavy-footed women staying in the room above us as they pounded back and forth across the floor. There was also a lot of noise from people slamming doors in the echoey corridor outside. We asked to be moved to an upstairs room and were lucky to be moved to the end room of the opposite wing of the hotel (room 1435). The view was better and it was a much quieter room, mainly due to more considerate neighbours. The decor and design of the hotel is interesting. We enjoyed looking at the artworks and antique pieces dotted along the corridors of the hotel.

Everything! Views from the property are incredible. Although the property is a bit of a walk from town (including up a steep hill on the way back), I think it is worth it for the views and would stay here again. Pool was great and also has an amazing view and great pool bar. Staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly Dalma and Ahmet at reception. We also dined at the hotel restaurant both nights we were there and had a very enjoyable experience. Buffet breakfast also fantastic!

United KingdomThe bathrooms could possibly benefit from some updating and there was no satellite signal in our room for the odd spot of TV if required. The road noise does travel, even though it’s far below the property.
The position is stunning…close enough to the town but higher up to take advantage of the glorious view and gentle breeze. Pool was beautiful and the food and bar staff also delivered first class.
