The location to the tram was fantastic. It was so easy to get to all the main attractions.

The room is a little tired. The bathroom sink was missing it's plug so anything could fall down the drain, very unsightly, I had to cover it up with a towel. This can be fixed - I sent a message about this but didn't get a reply. The power point plates are all scratched. If they were white, there wouldn't be a problem, but it brings down the whole look of the room. None of this would stop me from staying here again.

The bed was comfy, location was great which was why I chose it, close to main road, you can walk to the main places of interest. Tea & coffee, kettle available in the room. Walk-in shower. Plenty of power points. The windows open so you can get fresh air.

Moharram at reception was extremely helpful and welcomed us as we arrived and always had a smile and looked out for me and my daughter. Everyday he'd offer us some cake or cookies made fresh on the day. The location was great, a 4 minute walk to the tram and 6-7 minutes to the bus stop. Lots of places to shop and eat. We had a couple of exchange shops for our currency exchanges. Overall a lovely experience. Breakfast was OK but the restaurant was on the 7th floor with a beautiful view of the sea 😍😍

Nothing in particular comes to mind. Everything met my expectations and I had a pleasant experience throughout my stay.

The location was excellent and very convenient. The staff were outstanding, especially the reception team, who were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Their positive attitude made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the hotel offered great value and was definitely worth the stay.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, and the reception team was always attentive and helpful. Central hotel in a lively area close to many bars and restaurants. It’s a small but personal hotel, the staff are great and the rooms are small but comfortable. Perfect for a short stay.

It is an older style hotel and the bathroom is particularly small with only enough space for one person at a time.

Lovely, helpful staff, very comfortable beds and the room was fully serviced each day with clean towels etc. Bottled water in rooms was also a nice touch and the amenities were good. The breakfast, which is included, was great and set us up for the day ahead.

Very nice comfortable hotel with breakfast included in the price. Totally worth the value of money paid. Located in the area of Old city with all main attractions in walking distance. They cleaned our room every day and had a friendly and supportive staff. We would be happy to return back again!
