One cave room bathroom was having transparent doors. It was a bit of inconvenience. Would request them to take care of this in some way. The fairy chimney room is excellent, but is very small. No fault of them, but just keep this in mind when booking for a large group.

The most positive point of this property is its excellent location bang on Goreme. You can see the hot air balloons go over you while enjoying the breakfast. Maureen and Ali were extremely helpful with all our requests. They arranged hot air baloon ride, green tour and transfers at a very reasonable rate. Both of them were great to talk to as well.

The room could have done with newer pillows, The ones we had were quite flat.

Great value for money and the staff were extremely nice and helpful. Loved the rooftop terrace for breakfast and how close the hotel was to everything without needing to hike up and down hills constantly. Helped us organise our Ballon trip with an amazing company.

I ordered cave room: it was really small (even without wardrobe) with broken hook in bathroom (one from two in really small bath without additional places to place stuff), with non-working lamp, with unpleasant general light the room was dirty, a lot of dust on the floor Cleaning during the staying was only taking rubbish from the bin, the floor etc stayed untouched

I like staff: they are ready or helping in any time, they are kind and polite

Everything, I can not thank all staff in paradise hotel enough, their hospitality was simply heart warming, the help we were given , the compassion, the love, the welcoming. From booking to even after leaving we were blown away. The beauty of Paradise was just incredible, the breakfast was sooo fresh, the view of the balloons , the proximity to the town. It’s literally in the centre but set back away from noise . There is absolutely nothing to dislike ( apart from my waist line from the delicious cake of a morning )

It’s a tiny bit rustic but yet very charming and comfortable!

First of all, the location was perfect. The terrace is beautiful, and the common areas are stunning. But above all, the owner Maureen delivered an absolutely amazing service: she helped us book all our tours and shuttles; gave us awesome food and guide recommendations and was super responsive with an amazing sense of welcoming.

Fantastic staff- Maureen and Ali both went above and beyond. The cook (I’m sorry but I didn’t get her name) all were extremely kind and easy to talk to. Really cool place to stay with an amazing terrace Incredible breakfast- especially the homemade cake and the rose Jam Maureen had some great recommendations and set up dinner reservations for us which were all great, but Sedef was the stand out restaurant Book the hot air balloons with Maureen also- it is slightly a bigger expense but found it to be worth the money

Staff seemed a little spread thin at times. Wish breakfast could be offered earlier especially considering pick up times for tours.

Quaint hotel tucked slightly away from the main street but partly integrated into the chimneys. Clean, cozy room. Good communication with staff, located near the center and walkable to viewpoints and open air museum.

The only I can say I didn’t like was that there was no air conditioning, especially during my visit it was so hot in my room.

The view from the terrace was my highlight especially in the morning watching the hot air balloons take off. Also walking distance to shops & restaurants.

The Wifi does not work in the suite as is a Cave. To be expected but something to be aware of.

Great location in centre of everything. Stayed in a Cave suite. Maureen that worked for Paradise was exceptional with assisting and helping facilitate activities to do in Cappadocia like the balloon ride. We could not fault our stay. Would recommend at least 2 nights here.
