I had a very nice stay in this hotel, the room is very clean and confortable with all the facilities! Only 5 minutes from the tram station location is good and safe! There is a very beautiful terrace upstairs with amazing view to enjoy! Thank you to Salih the manager who helped me and arranged me for everything! The staff professional and nice. I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel during my trip to Istanbul. The location is absolutely perfect—just a 15-minute walk to Hagia Sophia and many other major attractions in the historic Sultanahmet area. It made exploring the city very easy. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. They were happy to recommend places to visit, give directions, and offer tips that really enhanced my trip. Their hospitality truly made me feel at home. My room was lovely—very clean, modern, and clearly recently renovated. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul. Great value, unbeatable location, and truly warm hospitality!

The service could be better, not very regular about cleaning the room and provided body wash but no shampoo. The staff were very nice though.

Excellent location, great food nearby. However, to be noted that lots of uphill walking around to get to the tram station and things. The room was clean, bathroom was amazing and very nice views.

The only thing that could be improved is providing a lift service and a safe to keep valuables in. However all of our stuff was intact upon leaving and the building layout just doesn't accommodate for a lift unfortunately.

Communication was difficult for 2 reasons:. I responded on their question through Booking.com, that I was interested in a transfer, but only after my trip I found out that my mail had been undeliverable. I didn't have internet access on the go. At the airport late in the evening I didn't find that transfer, so I had to get an external taxi. In the whole neighborhood internet seemed to be down. The friendly guy at the reception helped me to get more info through his phone.

A nice , lively local neighborhood, still not too noisy; I felt safe. 15 minutes walk close by important places. Helpful people. Nice & clean room, with from the balcony view to the sea.

Looking out the window was not so pleasant. The sea could be seen from the room, but there is a garbage dump in the neighbor's yard. Which is not the hotel's fault

The room we reserved was a problem. Azat (hotel employee) solved the problem within 2 minutes and accommodated us in a more expensive room than we had booked (without adding any money). The hotel is newly built. It is very clean, which is the most important thing for me. The bathroom shines. The hotel is in a quiet place. The sound of cars and tourists did not bother us (which is a problem in the center of Istanbul). It is very close to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and other tourist area. I would like to mention that Azat is very attentive, speaks several languages, including English and Russian. Other service staff were also attentive and no one bothered us. I will visit you again. thanks

This hotel is a true gem, offering the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and authentic Turkish hospitality. Situated in the historic Old Town of Istanbul, it's just a stone's throw away from some of the city's most iconic attractions, including the Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, the Topkapi Palace, and the Grand Bazaar. Our room was quiet, comfortable, and clean and included a mini fridge. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to immerse themselves in the rich history and culture of Istanbul while enjoying the comforts of a first-class establishment. I will certainly be returning on my next visit to this magnificent city.

My friend and I stayed here for 4 nights and it was great. Staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location is near by most of the famous tourist spots in Turkey. The hotel is very new they just started running the business three months ago and they were doing great. But over all they are doing a great job so I’m wishing them more years in the business. That it is new, clean with very comfortable beds. Great value for the money. Also the central location, which is within walking distance to the Grand Bazar and the Blue Mosque. Plus the neighbourhood is in my opinion really special and authentic as around the hotel there are plenty of small workshops where they make and produce shoes and it is quite interesting to see and feel the dynamic of the local people. Just a fyi that the street the hotel is located on is quite steep and uphill. Super friendly staff always ready to help with something and find cheaper offers for some events and services.
