Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Services, they gave me code for door opening every day they change it and they didn’t inform me. The problem is the reception is at another building so I have to woke to them. What is really upset me

I didn't like having to enter a lot of passcodes to get into the room. There was a passcode to get into the front door, another one for the floor, and finally one for the room. If my phone ran out of battery, I do not know how I would have entered the room, because the passcodes were quite long to remember, and so I had to take a picture of them. Also at night, you could not see much as you entered the building. The lights should be always on, or closer to the main door.
I liked the Jacuzzi in the room, and the mirrors on the ceiling. The location was really good too.

Second visit after one year. The rooms in the annex building definitely need maintenance. Breakfast could be improved.

Too much noise. You can hear things from the street and from above rooms. Bedroom under breakfast hall is too noisy. Could be easily fixed with some carpet upstairs. Most noises come from moving chairs at the dining area. There could be healthier breakfast options and better coffee.

No electricity on second morning as the key would not sit in the holder properly, showering and shaving in the dark using a phone torch is not what I calll good value!

Unfortunately I have to say that the cleaning was not as good as the other hotels I stayed in Turkey it was ok, it wasn’t terrible but we had 3 little single use of shampoo and 3 little single use of shower gel for 2 people for 5 days. We ran out after 3 days. We ran out of toilet paper after 3 days two as there was only 1.5 rolls for the same. The room cleaning was a basic moping of the floor and bins were not always emptied. There were some old staines on the bedsheet. Another warning, but it is normal for the location. Music is being played next door until late but to be fair, the whole of Marmaris sea front is like that. Bring earplugs.
Very nice atmosphere. Staff are absolutely lovely from reception to bar and waiters. Reception staff are very helpful. A ginger barmaid lady and the reception staff and the security lady were particularly lovely. It s at a great location on the sea front with a nice sized pool and a gorgeous beach with stunning views. The food is good but not much choice, this is a hotel though not a resort so for the kind of place it was fine. I read the other reviews about security but no one had any issues and they had security on site and at the beach so we fell very safe even leaving our phones and belongings on the chairs for an hour. If you speak English or are British this is a hotel for you as there are more Brits than in London 😂 but to be fair there seem to be more British everywhere in Marmaris than locals. The fact that it is a smaller place means that people speak to each others a lot more and there is a nice atmosphere. Met some people I had seen in London in the past without even knowing them. Many very nice bars around with great drag Queen shows and some fantastic singers for all kind of music lovers. The activities are basic but fun, typical hotel activities. Overall a great stay and a good time.

Very noisy at night. I did mention about the early checked in before I booked the hotel and the shuttle from airport but they couldn’t get us for early check in and let’s us stay out until 14:00 which I did mentioned to them in addition information before I booked in. Never mind
Near to the town. Easy excess for transport and very friendly staff. Clean room. Fresh breakfast

Room is little smaller but ok for short duration
Property is clean and it is just 5-7min away from Karakoy ferry and tram stop by walk. You will find all good restaurants near hotel. Tip: book your hotel in main building they have two buildings. 2nd building just few minutes away from main building and breakfast is served in main building
