Internet connection was very bad.There is no WI-fi in the room.Only you can find internet connection in the lobby and near the pool.Room was good but not comortable to stay.All furniture and beds are very old.

The sofa bed can be more comfortable. Lack of equipment at apartment, dishes and cutlery just for 3 person. Towels are very old and ripped, even with holes on it. Breakfast was the same everyday for 10 days. Wi fi are available only on the loby and on the pool. Just because the hotel has 4 stars, these deficiency need to be eliminated.

We stay for 10 days and mostly was everything very good. The staff is young, great and very pleasant. We had great relation. Animator Daniel is super kind and always ready for entertaining. The rooms are cleaned every day, and inside has enough space for family of 4 people. The outside area also is super interesting. The pool is great, and all other activities too.

No provision by the Hotel for drinking water at least. The car cannot be taken till the reception areas. We had to literally lift so many baggages till the reception area.

Facilities in the room could be better. No Wi-Fi in the room, only by the pool. Decor was a little old-fashioned.

Location was excellent , staff was very friendly especially Sakine was very helpful, swimming pool clean and very good, sea view from the room was amazing specially sunset.

The staff were all so friendly and they went beyond my expectations. The bar and restaurant has a fantastic menu with quality and well prepared food at very reasonable prices. There was always a sun lounger to sit on by the pool and Daniel who is in charge of the entertainment is such a genuinely nice, friendly and fun guy. He makes sure you feel welcomed and gets you involved in all the activities. It’s only a couple minute walk to the beach too which is very nice with lots of shops and restaurants.

Hard to get a sun bed that wasn’t broken. And with the views come close proximity to a lot of noise and it wasn’t very sound proof. Breakfast was awful

The location was good. The hill wasn’t too bad. The rooms were big and the bathrooms looked brand new. The park in the little pine forest with the hammocks was so cute. The views are amazing

No kids club or entertainment so you go into town most nights. You would stay at the hotel if there was some entertainment

The staff are amazing. Welcoming, friendly and do their utmost to help . We found the staff exceptional. We arrived after midnight and they ordered in pizza for us. We also lost keys and they were so quick to assist us. The hotel is basic but good location and very clean. It's only 4e to get a taxi to town. As a mum I loved the pool was so clean and the kids pool had a huge covering to keep the littlest in the shade.

The hill leading to hotel would be very hard for someone with mobility issues and the beds are very very uncomfortable, rooms very basic, could do with updating. that being said it was a very pleasant stay

Great location, hill is very steep, staff were brilliant, no entertainment as it was start of season and during school time but pool area was lovely and kept very very clean, the food was very nice and very reasonably priced.

The double bed in my room was two single bed were joint together so there was a gap in between also no Ac in the room only in the living area.

Waiting along time to be served at bar area . To busy chatting . In room TV didn't work at all . Rooms was very 70/80s .need to be up dated . Booked boat trip with hotel which was really expensive as only there a few days. But it was half the prices everywhere else.

In a really good location. Lovely pool area . Good areas for kids to play ,plus a park . Entertainment was good on a night . Rooms Cleaned everyday. Good breakfast and evening meal .
